'I had contact with the VRBO owner, the broker (Raquel) and they were both professional, kind and quick to reply. The house was clean, spacious, great air conditioning and plenty of fans and beautiful! I thought the photos were nice but it was more beautiful in person! The broker met us at the property, gave a tour and explained the necessary details. We stayed for 10 days. Used our personal pool half the time and the resort pools and shuttle service daily. 'We weren't prepared for how remote this property is and the extended rainy season made it even more so with very poor road conditions. Be sure to stock up on EVERYTHING you'll need before going up there as a trip to any store or restaurant will be lengthy. We had to leave after staying only one of our two nights as we just didn't have enough food. There is a restaurant on the property which would have been a complete game changer but it wasn't open during our visit in mid-November. The times...
