'We loved our queen room with a view from a middle floor. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. The amenities were wonderful and it is such a beautiful hotel, the location is also amazing!'

'The staff had a very high work ethics. The room was clean and the cleaning crews were working diligently. I loved the location where was very convenient to take the city train system. The only thing I did not like was: a man’s hot spring was much bigger and had 4-5 kinds of hot tubs. In contrary, a female had only one hot tub. '

'The hotel is new and clean. Rooms are fairly large for Japanese hotels. The room looked clean but the weird thing is that there were 2 empty drink bottles in the room and the check in card from the previous person. In the bathroom I found a used toothbrush and paste but all other amenities were spotless. '
