'Where to start… Woman on check in had no idea what an Expedia pay at property reservation was. The remaining balance of the room was attempted to be taken before we even checked in. When we were eventually greeted by the very unhelpful woman, we were told that she “apparently” did not know what the reservation was. This is absolutely disgusting as clearly the staff have no clue what they’re doing. Then to dinner, a young girl has the most disgusting attitude for a waitress I have ever seen....

'This is evidently a popular spot in the community, as we saw a bridal shower and a baby shower when we checked in! The restaurant is very nice, and although we only had drinks and desserts, they were very good. It was also helpful for our travel plans that they offer a continental breakfast starting at 5AM, and the full breakfast a bit later. The only two minimal things that would have been great would have been a fridge in the room, and being able to open the window a bit wider. Otherwise,...
