'We had the most wonderful stay here in this lovely house! It was the perfect base for our family for exploring the island. It's spacious, cosy and comfortable. The location feels rural and remote but it's very central and there's still a large supermarket on just 10 minutes drive. The owner was very responsive and helpful for any questions we had! 'Wonderful setting, beautiful views. Not near grocery so come well stocked. Lovely coffee yurt a couple miles down the road. The house was as-advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only hiccup was that we never received check-in instructions or an access code despite leaving emails and a voicemail 2 days in advance…so we drove 4 hours to a locked house on a weekend. Thankfully someone picked up when we called from the house and gave us the access code. I’m sure this was not a typical...

'Heaven on earth is how I describe Isle of Skye and this place helped cement my feeling about it. The house is adorable and had plenty of space for our group of 5. We enjoyed our stay very much and particularly enjoyed the views of Loch Caroy in the morning and in the evening. We would easily stay here again if we return to Isle of Skye. The only things we would suggest for future guests is to be sure to bring some extra toilet paper and paper towels/ napkins with you. '

'This house is incredible. It exceeded all of our expectations for our trip to Skye. The views are incredible. All of the beds were very comfortable. The checkin and check out prcoess was very efficient. I highly recommend Long View at Waterish. '

'Duibaig house is perfect for the travellers that are willing to do few extra miles in order to experience Skye nature. The vue from the house is just splendid. The kitchen is very well appointed (way better than usual) for those that like to cook. The house is very spacious and bright, thanks to the skylight, and offer a lot of space to relax.'

"The pod is very nice, clean and has a lovely view. Very near to Portree and all the restaurants, shops, etc. A perfect location to start exploring the island from. Breakfast is great (a cute tray with yoghurt, croissant, fruits for every table and on top of that you can order warm food from the menu) The people working there are very friendly. Unfortunately they are short of staff and you notice that. Breakfast takes a bit longer than usual, the restaurant was shut on one of the days we stayed there and the lounge/bar was closed during our stay. Luckily there is a pizza guy (Pizza in the Skye) just down the hill that makes terrific pizza’s to take and eat in the pod with some Netflix on or to sit out and watch the stars if the weather is good. Would recommend this stay for the location, view, cosiness, etc. but price is quite high. Though I must add prices are sky high on Skye everywhere.."

"We had an amazing stay at Park Cottage! The cottage had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. We were also very happy with the charging point for our Tesla. This made our stay so much easier. We were most impressed with the amazing view from the hill in the backyard. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the beautiful nature of Skye. Also enjoyed diner in Portree. We only had a not so friendly relationship with the midges 😅. Would love to come back some time!"
