'We had a wonderful stay and love the Old Church. Beautiful views and the rooms are lovely. We had a great lobster dinner on our first night there with a freshly delivered catch! Staying on Skye was a dream! The only thing that would have made it perfect was a washer and dryer in our side of the property. Fantastic stay! Thank you! '

'Tides was an amazing property for our Isle of Skye visit. Between watching the weather roll in and out, the views across the bay, the sunsets and the rainbows, this location was excellent. We utilized the kitchen a lot, between cooking every breakfast and dinner there, and enjoyed the experience, although a knife sharpener would be a great addition to the well stocked kitchen. 'Wonderful setting, beautiful views. Not near grocery so come well stocked. Lovely coffee yurt a couple miles down the road. The house was as-advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only hiccup was that we never received check-in instructions or an access code despite leaving emails and a voicemail 2 days in advance…so we drove 4 hours to a locked house on a weekend. Thankfully someone picked up when we called from the house and gave us the access code. I’m sure this was not a typical...

'The cottage is very quaint. There was a little confusion over laundry facilities as the description said there was a dryer but in actuality there wasn’t. However the owner quickly responded when we messaged her. The farmer next door is a delight to chat with. He’s a lifelong resident and he shared a lot of stories about growing up there. It was also fun walking down to the water and finding treasures down at the shore. '

'This house is incredible. It exceeded all of our expectations for our trip to Skye. The views are incredible. All of the beds were very comfortable. The checkin and check out prcoess was very efficient. I highly recommend Long View at Waterish. '

'Fantastic property with lots of character. Was easy to access with key in a little lockbox, for which we were sent the code. Masses of space, comfy beds and sofas. Well equipped kitchen. Amazing views. We had sheep in the garden one morning.Only issue was as it's an older property there were very few electrical sockets, and those that were there were already filled with electric heater plugs.'

'Very private Cottage tucked inside a grove of trees on a farm lane. We stayed for 5 nights. Next time we come it will be longer. Cuckoo birds serenade us during breakfast and the cows greeted us on evening. And the last evening there a double rainbow appeared above the house, which made the time spent very special. The Cottage was found exactly as pictured and described. Comfortable king sized bed. Plus the availability of a hairdryer, and iron and ironing board. The only thing I wished for...

'An incredible house at a stunning location. The views from all the windows are incredible. Modern, clean, spacious, and super comfortable. Nearby Stein Inn for dinner was great. Can't say enough good things about Oran Na Mara. It might seem kind of remote to some, but we loved that. It was easy to find and a very doable drive to all the hikes we wanted to do. Only wish we could have stayed longer.'

"The pod is very nice, clean and has a lovely view. Very near to Portree and all the restaurants, shops, etc. A perfect location to start exploring the island from. Breakfast is great (a cute tray with yoghurt, croissant, fruits for every table and on top of that you can order warm food from the menu) The people working there are very friendly. Unfortunately they are short of staff and you notice that. Breakfast takes a bit longer than usual, the restaurant was shut on one of the days we stayed there and the lounge/bar was closed during our stay. Luckily there is a pizza guy (Pizza in the Skye) just down the hill that makes terrific pizza’s to take and eat in the pod with some Netflix on or to sit out and watch the stars if the weather is good. Would recommend this stay for the location, view, cosiness, etc. but price is quite high. Though I must add prices are sky high on Skye everywhere.."
