'The staff was very friendly and helpful. Can't beat the location. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable which is super important. The little kitchen had lots of basics for cooking. The only thing is we couldn't use the deck because of the AC which was unfortunate as the deck was the reason I chose that room. I would stay again but hopefully they could find a solution to be able to use the deck. Sincerely Marcia'

'Kris' place was perfect for our family get together! It has lots of places to sleep, many quiet areas where people can have a moment alone, and quick, easy access to the water. The dock was perfect for SUPing, kayaking, swimming, and the various boats we rented. The kitchen was well stocked. Everyone (aged 8-78) had a great time, and the kids are already asking to go back to the lake next year. One note: the basement is spacious but fairly spartan, and not ideal for tall people. Every little detail was thoughtfully considered, especially in the kitchen, which had everything we needed and more. The large TVs, air conditioning, and hot tub made it extra comfortable. Check-in was seamless, communication with the owner was quick and easy, and the location was perfect, a short walk to town in a truly beautiful area. 'This is an amazing retreat from the busy world!! The hosts were very, attentive and responsive to our questions and I cannot say enough about the hot tub.. wow!!! The kitchen was more than fully stocked with everything a person needs. After our first night we had an unfortunate incident at home and the kindness of the host and her generous offer was very comforting.Definitely will be back!!'
