'The location is nice and truly peaceful. Regarding the property we had a few issues. Firstly, we booked Unit 7b which looked nice, but were given the key box code for 7a. 7a was decidedly a lesser quality property. It was smaller and tired-looking (I understand a new owner is currently upgrading - neighbours told me). The floors coul and should have been cleaner. '31 on the Terrace is an awesome stay. We will definitely stay here again if we travel through this way. The host is very gracious and the room has everything that you could ever want or need. It is right in the downtown area close to shops and bakeries and lots of fabulous restaurants as well. The room even has a private balcony, which is just wonderful.'
