'Prachtige locatie en met zorg en stijl ingericht.'

'perfect located oposite the cobbler. nice seating outside in the sun (we were lucky), facing the lake. food and drinks were good. staff is very friendly. room could be cleaner.'

'This is a fairly new property and this is reflected in the modern decor, and clean & smart set up. No staff on site but arrangements communicated beforehand in terms of property access and room key collection were faultless. Parking on site so no issues with proximity. We did not have breakfast (book and pay separately if required). River runs behind the property so soothing sound of running (nay rushing) water throughout. Only issue was the green light (fire regs ?) meant the room was not dark...

'This property was an unexpected gem! The property was well priced ,finishes ,were immaculate , The property is very clean .The layout of the room even allowed for a separate seating area just outside our bedroom. This property had no TV, but was not missed because of the level of Wi-Fi available. The house is in a country setting, so of course convenience to amenities such as shopping or food should not be considered. This is very quiet location and very much appreciated after long days of...

'Prima hotel in Oban voor een nachtje en een goed ontbijt'

'Nice and clean B&B, free parking and sufficient breakfast'

'The facilities were great . Our room was the Hayloft and was fantastic . I would say more like a studio flat with our own kitchen dining and lounge areas . It was very relaxing such a lovely place overall. We chose to have breakfast in the cafe each morning and it was excellent. The staff were very helpful when it came to local eating out for evening meals and things to see and do . I definitely agree with others I would give it a 10 out of 10 and will be back'

'Landelijke sfeer en goed gastvrouwschap. Door personeelskrapte is diner in restaurant niet mogelijk. Wel ontbijt. Diner in pub is excellent'

'Mooie kamer. Geweldige ligging. Prima ontbijt. Zeer gastvrij.'

'Nice , quiet guest house in a beautifully scenic setting. A rocky beach and sea about 100 yards away.'

'Vera Nice stay. Friendly staff. Really Nice surrounding. '

'Fijne gastvrouw. Kamer was klein, toilet en douche tegenover op de gang. Houten wanden, dus redelijk gehorig. Maar het uitzicht, een levend schilderij maakt alles goed!'

'Good place to stay. It was clean and in a convenient location. The only thing that was a bit of a pain was the sound proofing. I believe people may live above floor two and they stayed up walking around until after midnight. Wouldn’t be a problem at all except there is no sound proofing in the room I was in. Other than that a fantastic place to stay and would recommend.'

'Brae Lea is far more than one would expect. The location is a short walk to the Ferry Terminal at Lochboisdale - yet driving from the north, you feel as if you’re nestled in the foothills of a mountain (because you are). Rupert is an outstanding host, and he doubles as a 5-Star concierge. He helped us sort travel and touring arrangements as well as made breakfast and suggested dinner options. The Brae Lea accommodations are also top drawer. Clean - efficient - spacious - inviting. Full marks...
