'I love the TRU by Hilton chain! The hotels are fresh and looking modern and young. They’re clean and are also focused on younger people who do remote working. 'Breakfast was good. Potatoes weren’t hot but there was plenty of other food to eat. Frankie, Portia and Terrance were all super helpful. They were always busy cleaning or doing something. Kudos on such great workers. It’s definitely a hotel we’d stay at again. '

'We arrived at 7:30 pm to a packed full, loud, active lobby. The check in staff person was all business, no friendliness. We had a suite but the room did not have linens for the sofa bed. When I called the front desk about linens, I was told they could be picked up at the front desk. They definitely were not trying to win my repeat business. '

2. The accessibility shower room was very inconvenient. The hand held shower head was great. But the shower head from the wall is poor water pressure.
