'Op doorreis vanaf Boston of New York richting de Niagara Watervallen dan is dit landelijk gelegen hotel zeker een aanrader. Het hotel, kamers en bedden zijn goed. Eten kan je bij het nabijgelegen restaurant Twin Rocks voor een hele nette prijzen, en niet alleen hamburgers met friet. Op 5 km verderop ligt het dorp waar een supermarkt zit genaamd weiss. 'Lovely girls weekends. Staff was attentive, personable and very capable. Rooms/bed/bath were all well appointed and most comfortable. Common areas were also comfortable coffee/tea was always available. View of the lake was perfect. Only slight complaint was parking was a challenge over the weekend but there was a wedding on site and staff immediately moved a personal vehicle so we could park near our room. '

'I love hotel Wayne for its historical character, its distance to everything honesdale, and having the restaurant & bar downstairs with Paulies food directly behind it. The 2 bedroom apartment is over the wine room which is nice since it’s a private (and only 1 ) stairway. While there’s limited hotel accommodations, this one will give you everything you need. I will always upgrade from the standard room (which I’ve stayed in - there’s a reason for upgrading !)'
