Breakfast in the morning was incredible. My daughter is Gluten Free and lactose intolerant and the made a special breakfast for her. Highly recommend this place!!'

Our key did not work in the door at all and got stuck and after 15 minutes of trying we called and were met with extreme rudeness. She told me I had to email in videos and wait for another team to get back to me through email. No lobby so we had to sit on the steps. Her attitude was horrible and she was very dismissive of us. 'Terrible trouble gaining access as no form was sent for us to complete until we got Hotels.com involved. On the night at near on 10:00 pm accommodation contacts, no answers to phone. Wouldn’t recommend accommodation unless nothing else. Only good thing was it was in a good location and bed was comfy. 3 night stay. '
