'We chose this hotel because it had a restaurant on site. However, the restaurant was closed during our stay. Also, we were excited to try the complementary breakfast of which this was non-existent. If you wanted breakfast it was a $15 charge. I am not a fan of false advertising, therfore, wanted to voice my disappointment.'

'The front desk job staff are always pleasant, welcoming and accommodating. I had an unexpected doctors appointment that was going to cut into my departure day check out time. The front desk staff heard about my dilemma and offered me a late check out so that I would not be rushed after returning to the room at 11: 30am for a 12:00 p.m. check out. 'This is a beautiful property with great rooms. Mount Pleasant is right over the Ravenel Bridge in case you want to get to some of the sites of Charleston. Everywhere we wanted to go was less than 10 minutes. The breakfast was great, and the staff was incredibly helpful, especially Ms. Stefanie and Ms. Tommie. Everyone was wonderful, and I will absolutely be back!'
