We were on the 3rd floor and was very quiet as the hotel seemed to be quiet full. The beds was very comfortable. They do have a restaurant at this facility but we didn't eat there. The rooms are okay, be aware there is no elevator.
There was a small gym and a pool. Breakfast was basic, but ok.

'Overpriced hotel. Paying more than $150,-/night for a room with limited cleaning service, only 5 tv channels and hard slamming doors is not what to expect. Charleston hotels seem to squize out the visitors, a shame. The city and surrounding areas are very nice fortunately.
