'Staying at this location was easy to get to Charleston on one side and Isle of Palms on the other side. Lots of places to eat. We were on the 3rd floor and was very quiet as the hotel seemed to be quiet full. The beds was very comfortable. They do have a restaurant at this facility but we didn't eat there. We wanted to see what was available in the city.'

'We loved our stay at the Shem Creek Inn! The location was amazing and we could have happily sat on our balcony all day watching pelicans and dolphins swim up and down the creek! Free parking was a perk, but the staff were outstanding! Everyone was friendly and helpful! We'll be back! '

'Overpriced hotel. Paying more than $150,-/night for a room with limited cleaning service, only 5 tv channels and hard slamming doors is not what to expect. Charleston hotels seem to squize out the visitors, a shame. The city and surrounding areas are very nice fortunately.

'Close to everything and plenty of perks with free snacks in room and lounge. Rooftop terrace has amazing views and a great spot to relax. The free drinks and appetizers from 4-5 is also a great perk. The day we were there we were so busy touring the town we missed lunch, the free bacon wrapped chicken bites hit the spot. Additionally the free breakfast was fantastic, far above what you’ll get at a normal continental breakfast. First day we were there it was eggs Benedict. '
