The living room is a spacious retreat with an elevated ceiling, a ceiling fan, new furnishings, a large-screen TV with cable, and spectacular views of the Lowcountry sunsets. Behind the living area, guests may enjoy a cocktail off the screened-in deck. Under the fan and string lighting, the deck features a semi-circular couch with comfortable cushion seats and a glass-top coffee table.
A well-stocked kitchen makes serving and entertaining a breeze. Clean, white cabinets, modern appliances, ample counter space, and an array of cookware and serveware make cooking and dining easy. The kitchen table seats six and additional seating can be found in the spacious dining room. Off the dining area, a balcony serves as an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or read a book.
Off the living room area, the master bedroom features an elevated ceiling, a plush king bed with a new firm mattress, a large flat-screen TV, a dresser, a closet, and a balcony. From the balcony, take in the spectacular array of Seabrook Island wildlife. Guests may spot a blue heron or an incredible Lowcountry sunset. In the en-suite bath dedicated to this bedroom, an oversized shower and double vanity offer guests ample space.
Guest Bedroom 1 offers an elevated ceiling, a comfy queen bed with a new mattress, coastal furnishings, a flat-screen TV with streaming cable services, a large closet with hangers, room-darkening shades, a luggage rack, and a Juliet balcony shared with the second guest bedroom.
Guest Bedroom 2 features a plush queen bed with a new mattress, a closet, a flat-screen TV with cable, room-darkening shades, a luggage rack, and a Juliet balcony shared with Guest Bedroom 1. As always, our bedding (including all quilts and comforters) is laundered after each stay. A bath featuring a tub/shower combo, a sink with a vanity, and a toilet can be found right off the hallway for Guest Bedrooms 1 and 2.
Up the spiral staircase, a loft area acts as a fourth sleeping space. This area features a couch, coffee table, TV, queen bed, and a balcony with room-darkening curtains. The loft overlooks the living area below. An additional third full bathroom, offering guests enough space to shower after a day in the sun, is located in the hallway off the dining area. This bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet, and is well-stocked with white, fluffy towels.
The home also features a two-car garage and a driveway with ample room for parking.
• BEACH: 1.4 miles away, with nine beach access points on the island. Please note that beach chairs are not provided at this property.
• CLUB AMENITIES: Digital Amenity Cards access is INCLUDED with your stay at no extra charge (a $55 daily savings). This offers access to the private oceanfront Beach Club pools (open seasonally), club dining, golf courses, and tennis courts.
• POOL: Access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools with the digital amenity card. Complimentary access to the outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lakehouse is included.
• OCCUPANCY: Maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Children welcome.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 3 vehicle gate passes. Guests have full access to the two-car garage and driveway. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: LSV golf carts are allowed at this property. LSVs require a gate pass and count as a vehicle towards the strict 3-vehicle maximum limit.
• PET POLICY: Dog friendly. Dogs are welcome with our prior approval. An additional non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet applies.
• LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.

• ADDITIONAL INFO: A $69 Non-Refundable Fee applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage. Fitness center and indoor pool access at the Lakehouse are available for a daily fee of $16 per guest.
• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. The property does not supply beach towels (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).
• WASHER & DRYER: For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the property. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
• COFFEE MAKERS: A standard carafe coffee pot and a Keurig single-serve machine are on site. Please bring your own ground coffee for the carafe option or use your favorite Keurig K-cups.
• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $55 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Pre-order forms are mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is unable to accept information over the phone.
• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 3 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided, and drivers may be required to show a valid driver's license at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) require a pass and count toward the 3-pass limit.
• CHECK IN: We, at Sandpiper, provide a self-check-in for your convenience via a keypad at the property, but we are always available to provide as much assistance as you need. We are on the island and always just a text or call away.
• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: While there are many properties on the island to book, booking a Sandpiper property means continual service and support before, during, and after your stay. This property is proudly managed by our family-owned, local business. We, at Sandpiper, are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. • CLEANING: Our housekeeping staff, composed of detailed and methodical housekeepers, is trained to use the best cleaning and hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs. All bedcoverings, such as quilts and comforters, are laundered after each guest stay. This is a signature practice of our service at Sandpiper.
• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. Whether you seek the sea, recreation, wildlife, history, shopping, dining, or spa services, there is something for everyone.
• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping inside or at the property. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.
• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
