Accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably, 503 Tarpon Pond features 3 generously sized bedrooms and a cozy loft. The Primary suite, located at the far end of the main living area, boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a tiled glass shower. The first guest bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed, along with ample storage, and shares a full hall bathroom offering a tub/shower combo with the second guest bedroom, which also features a comfortable queen-sized bed. Plus, the upstairs loft is furnished with 2 twin-sized beds, providing versatile sleeping arrangements for everyone!

Tarpon Pond Cottages are quaint Seabrook beach cottages located off High Hammock Road near the Seabrook Island Club and a short bike ride to the beach. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity cards are required to access the Lake House however additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: 0.9 - 1 mile walk or bike ride to the Boardwalk 9.
