Accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably, Southern Comfort features 3 generously sized bedrooms and a cozy loft. The Primary suite, located at the far end of the main living area, boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a tiled glass shower. The first guest bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed, along with ample storage, and shares a full hall bathroom offering a tub/shower combo with the second guest bedroom, which also features a comfortable queen-sized bed. Plus, the upstairs loft is furnished with 2 twin-sized beds, providing versatile sleeping arrangements for everyone!

Tarpon Pond Cottages are quaint Seabrook beach cottages located off High Hammock Road near the Seabrook Island Club and a short bike ride to the beach. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Golf Access: Two championship Seabrook Island golf courses are available to guests.

Gym Facilities: Fully equipped gym available at the Lake House for guests.(additional user fees may apply)

Tennis/Pickleball: Multiple courts available at the Seabrook Island Racquet Club for guests. (additional user fees may apply)

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity cards are required to access the Lake House however additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: 0.9 - 1 mile walk or bike ride to the Boardwalk 9.
