Spectaculaire Seabrook Island Villa, als geen ander, biedt toegang tot de Club

Nadat je door de voordeur bent gelopen, word je aangetrokken door het twee verdiepingen tellende, van vloer tot plafond, uitzicht op de Bohicket River en de jachthaven. Wanneer je eindelijk vergeet om rond te kijken, zie je meteen de aangepaste, stalen trap die leidt naar een zitgedeelte op de zolder, 2 grote slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer en een grote wasmachine en droger. Beneden is nog een grote slaapkamer (ook met een eigen badkamer) plus nog een half bad. Bijna 1.900 vierkante voet gloednieuwe leefruimte. Hoogwaardige, roestvrijstalen keukenapparatuur en meer dan 400 vierkante voet dekken. 55-inch tv met Bluetooth-soundbar plus tv's in elke slaapkamer.

Onze villa is gelegen in het gated Bohicket Marina Village en ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van de promenade waar u naar winkels, restaurants en bars kunt wandelen. Charter een boot, peddel in een kajak of verken de omgeving op een opstaand paddleboard. U kunt ook ontspannen in het privécomplex met buitenzwembad.

U zult een gemakkelijke fietstocht of wandeling naar het 16 court Seabrook Tennis Complex en het Lake House Recreation Center zijn, met zijn volledige oefeningsfaciliteit, verwarmd binnenzwembad, buitenzwembad, meer en wandelpaden. Spring op een fiets voor een snelle rit van 10 minuten naar het Equestrian Centre of een wandeling van 10 minuten naar de winkels in Freshfields, een prachtig winkelgebied met geweldige restaurants en verschillende evenementen het hele jaar door. Het strand is een gemakkelijke fietstocht door de prachtige Seabrook-gemeenschap.

VOORZIENINGSKAARTEN ZIJN INBEGREPEN VOOR GEEN EXTRA KOSTEN VOOR DE GASTEN. Met een recreatieve kaart geeft de Club at Seabrook gasten toegang tot twee kampioenschapsgolfbanen, 16 tennisbanen, het Paardensportcentrum, Oceanfront zwembadcomplex, superieure informele en luxe eetgelegenheden binnen de poort. Gooi je autosleutels en fiets naar alles! (Er zijn extra kosten voor gasten voor golfkosten, tennisbaangebruik en fitnessclub.)

Charleston is ook dichtbij, geniet van fantastische restaurants, winkels, kunstgalerijen, wandeltochten en nog veel meer in deze geweldige stad.

This property is amazing and it was one of the best vacation's my family and I have had! The kitchen has everything you might need! We loved the location to restaurants as well as shopping and swimming. Being able to have the amenity cards was wonderful because we were able to enjoy all the pools as well as dine at the golf club. Jack was so helpful with getting all the information to us making our trip run smoothly! We will definitely be back again!!

Marvelous Marina View with Amazing Amenities

Thank you Jack! Your perfect property was immaculate, well stocked with all the comforts of home and just beautifully renovated! We had amazing views, stunning sunsets and dolphins playing in our “backyard”, yet we were also a bike ride away from all the amenities of Seabrook Island! We took advantage of pools, beaches, restaurants, boat rides, pickleball, tennis and golf! Anything a family could want to do…could all be found on Seabrook! Jack made us feel like his personal guests! He was so hospitable and kept us well informed from check in to check out! What a memorable week for our family!!! Looking forward to a rinse and repeat next year ….saltwater style! Robin :)

Beautiful and spacious. Loved staring at the water and marina every day. Traffic back to Charleston is awful, so plan to enjoy all that Seabrook and Kiawah have to offer. We’ve already booked again for Oct and are looking forward to it.

Outstanding location

This property offers everything you could possibly want in a vacation. Incredible views of boats and dolphins and the saltwater marsh, some of Charleston’s best shopping two minutes away, one of SC’s nicest beaches less than ten minutes away, fishing, sailing, walking paths, restaurants, all right there. The property itself is spotless, comfortable and well-equipped. The owners are friendly and excellent communicators. Five star rental in every way.

We’ve visited this property several times. Why we keep coming back: the unit is always spotless and well-provisioned. The owner is always available, friendly and communicative. The property had beautiful views of the marina, was within walking distance of Freshfields Village and a close ride to the Seabrook beach club and Kiawah public beach. Jack was very quick to respond to questions and great to deal with. Would highly recommend!

Lovely stay

Our family and pup had a terrific stay and a beautiful property with everything you could possibly need! House was clean and owner friendly, helpful and responsive. Watching the boats in the morning and evenings made it a really special vacation. Lots of stairs here (just so you know). Seabrook is magical too and loved being able to go into Charleston for a day. Only negative was we didn't get the club access card by 6pm on Sat and the office was closed on Sunday. Make sure you make other arrangements to get it if you're after 6 on Sat. Love it though!!! Love to go back again someday. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home!

Beautiful villa w stunning view

Gorgeous villa. Well-equipped kitchen. Very clean. Loved being able to take my dog. Amazing view of the harbor from the private deck. Nice to be next door to Bohicket shopping center (loved eating at The Salty Dog restaurant and their ice cream shop). Enjoyed use of amenities (played tennis, used the gym & went to the beach club pool). Jack was very responsive and detail-oriented; great owner! Lovely touch to leave us a bottle of Prosecco when we arrived.

4th Stay at this Property

This was my 4th time at this property and once again all expectations were met and exceeded! The views are definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back. But so are the comfortable furnishings, the layout, the fully stocked kitchen, we wanted for nothing. The townhouse was immaculate and the communications with the owner were seamless. No doubt I will be back for a 5th time!
