'This was our second time to Seabrook and we loved our trip even more than last time! This home is quietly tucked away with close access to the beach and beach club pool. We rented bikes and loved riding to the pool/beach. It is nicely renovated. We loved grilling out on the deck and the view from the top deck. The kitchen had everything we needed and our son loved playing checkers.Although the house was clean as far as general cleanliness, there are some things I would suggest to make future...

'The home was very clean. It had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be is to maybe have a television in the master bedroom. We would definitely stay here again. '

'Loved the week at BayPointe. Susan Osteen was delightful to work with. Very beautifully decorated with two lovely porches that welcome the marsh breeze. We have vacationed on Seabrook and are former owners at BayPoint...it just can't be beat! The private pool at BayPointe is lovely and never crowded and situated with a beautiful view of the marsh and Bohicket River. The dock is also fun for the little ones to do some fishing!'

'The house was comfortable and in a great location. All the necessary equipment (kitchen wise etc.) was there. The house itself could use a little TLC like a fresh coat of paint, better coffee machine etc. But it was all serviceable. The kitchen counter had a big bump/ crack by the coffee machine. It didn’t bother us but it made the house feel more run down than it really was. While we were there the outer screen door’s hinge came off so the door was just hanging by one hinge. 'The description of the property was accurate. You cannot really see much of the ocean because it's on the 2nd floor and across the street but it's still a great location, central to everything. We had an issue with the air conditioning while we were there but they were responsive to troubleshoot and then sent someone in to fix it.'

'This is a great location in Seabrook Resort with beautiful views. We watched the sunset nightly from our porch. The area has tons of wildlife and birds to see, too. The condo is very clean and has everything you could need from kitchen to bathroom supplies to have a great stay. Every thing seemed newly updated and modern. We definitely hope to stay here again sometime soon. '
