'Would have like to give it a better review condo not bad overall communication although was horrible. First of no access to amenities till the next day then at the office she had no idea of us getting them then we were never told where the fob was for the pool until after we inquired about it. There was construction noise early am and all day this also was never disclosed upon renting. To make things worse the upstairs was young people maybe college age fighting with each other yelling and...

'Wonderful Layout, Great Beach Access, and Fantastic Host!We really enjoyed our time on Kiawah Island and had a wonderful stay at this condo. The proximity to the beach was very nice—it was a short, easy walk along the boardwalk right to the ocean. We were even lucky enough to be there while sea turtles were laying eggs and baby turtles were hatching, which we absolutely loved! The owner was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—providing great support before booking, during our stay,...

'Joe was very communicative and we had an amazing time during our stay! The property was clean upon arrival, it was the perfect location for both the beach and other activities on the island, and it was incredibly cozy and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend this spot more!'

'This place is perfect. My husband I spent the weekend and wish we stayed longer. Everything is perfectly appointed, fully stocked, clean and cozy. The bed is perfect and the view is outstanding. Loved it!'

'Good people to work with'

'Condo was lovely overall. The public space layout was great and kitchen well fitted. The cleanliness of place needs work. There was blood on sheets on master bedroom bedding. Also, mattress was ridiculously soft - felt like we were sinking in quick sand.'

'We had such an enjoyable stay at this beautiful Turtle Point golf villa. The accommodations were exceptional - everything was so organized and clean. This villa overlooks the tee box of Hole #17 at Turtle Point. Each morning, we sat in the sun room and watched a family of deer walk by the side/back yard. The walk to the beach truly was a 3-minute walk - so convenient! Jeanette was a wonderful host who made the entire process easy with her timely communication and detailed instructions. We...
