Back bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and a twin over full bunk bed set up with an oversized twin pull out couch in between. Middle and back bedrooms share a full bath with a tub shower in the hall. There are 2 additional bean bag chairs that fold out to a King size mattress for the floor for extra sleeping space.

The 3rd floor sunroom can be used as a sitting area or a 5th bedroom with a futon/couch and a half bath. Roof deck off the sunroom as ample seating and stunning views of the ocean, bay, bridge, and amusement rides. Hot tub on the roof is a huge bonus day or night! 10 beach badges included.
