*. Parking Disclosure: There is no assigned parking spots. But free parking on the street is easily available.Please do not block the driveway also do not park in front of the neighbors' house.

*. Noise Disclosure: There may be guests staying in the upper unit, but there are no shared spaces other than the backyard. You may hear noise from upstairs unit from time to time.

*. AC Disclosure: There is no AC in the unit. However, fans are provided. But It's pretty cool during summer in the basement!

*. Camera Disclosure:There is 1 camera at the front door.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.

*Please note: This is a completely non-smoking property. Our neighbors have asthma, so we ask that you avoid smoking outdoors. We appreciate your cooperation!

*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
