The space
Our 1,563 sq ft home is tucked away on a private side street so you'll have plenty of peace and quiet. The house gets lots of natural light, and is perfect for families or groups.

When you first walk in, you will see a staircase leading up to the second level, where the bedrooms are located. The master bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub, and a roomy walk-in closet. The two smaller bedrooms each have Full sized beds, and their own closets. The main upstairs bathroom has a gorgeous, custom-fitted marbled shower with veins of gold running through it. Both bathrooms have two sinks.

On the main floor, you'll see a roomy open-concept main living area. Here is the primary living room with a dedicated workspace with a sit-stand desk, and the dining room.

Nearby is the kitchen, fully stocked with all brand-new essentials and supplies. Next to the kitchen is the family room, with a gigantic smart TV (that has cable!), and a unique sectional with cupholders that have USB plugins and touch-activated buttons to recline! Absolutely perfect for movie night. A 1/4 bathroom is just off the family room, as well as the laundry room with in-unit washer and dryer.

In between the kitchen and family room, you'll find the door to the beautiful, sprawling backyard! It even has a yummy Asian Pear tree (feel free to eat!) Fully-fenced, manicured and landscaped, with seating, a BBQ grill with all the accessories, and plenty of outdoor activities and games, the backyard is one of the house's best features. Sit by the fire pit, fire up the grill, or play some corn hole, bocce ball, paddle ball, lawn bowling, giant Connect 4, Giant Jenga... and have fun!

The home is great for mid-term or longer term stays: close to several schools, hospitals/medical centers, daycare/childcare, and even aged care facilities. You are very close to a plethora of parks of all shapes, sizes and variety, and do you like golf? Because you're right next to a gigantic golf course, too!
Guest access
You have the whole house to yourself! It is a single family home. Your access is secured by an electronic lock with a smart keypad on the front door. Simply enter your unique code, and you're in!

This includes access to the BBQ grill in the backyard, but please make sure to TURN THE GAS OFF once you are done using it.
Other things to note
Please note that there is no garage parking available; parking is on the driveway in front of the house and garage. The garage is currently in use for storage by the owners and for our own supplies.

Please make sure to ALWAYS TURN THE GAS OFF after using the BBQ grill and to return the yard toys to the shed after use/before checking out.

Also please note that currently there is no central AC in the house. During the summer months and on warm days, the house can get quite warm.
