You have exclusive access to the basement in the lower level, including a very spacious living room, a full bathroom, a very spacious bedroom with 1 queen size beds, the shared laundry room, deck with spa, and all the spaces you see in the pictures. You could enjoy it without interruption for the duration of your stay. However, you don't have access to the upper level which is occupied by the owner.

*. Steps disclosure: The entrance is located at the back of the house, through the backyard. Please note that there is a slope in the backyard.
*. AC Disclosure: There is central AC but controlled by upstairs unit.
*. Noise Disclosure: The owner lives upstairs, so you may occasionally hear noise from above.
*. For the best experience and to help keep the hot tub in great condition, please remove makeup and rinse off any lotions or body oils before use — these can clog the pump.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
