Lichte, lichte, moderne studio in het hart van de stad. Met Walk Score van 98 en alle bezienswaardigheden van de stad binnen handbereik, wordt u omringd door oneindige keuzes van restaurants, winkels, activiteiten en bezienswaardigheden. Hoewel er een parkeergarage beschikbaar is, raden we stadsvervoer en lightrail aan, die zich binnen een paar blokken bevinden. Geniet van dit historische gebouw met moderne voorzieningen en comfort.

Belltown is een centraal gelegen woonwijk in het centrum van Seattle. Het staat bekend om de vele eetgelegenheden, de nabijheid van toeristische attracties en een hippe, moderne uitstraling. Je hebt alles binnen handbereik - Pike Place Market, Waterfront, Space Needle, Safeco Field, CenturyLink Field, Amazon, Google en vele andere grote werkgevers. Lake Union en Eliot Bay zijn binnen blokken.
Als u graag uw eigen maaltijden kookt, zal onze keuken u verrassen. Het is goed gevuld met kwaliteit servies en kookgerei. U vindt alle benodigde keukengerei en gadgets. Alles wat we leveren is gloednieuw en van hoge kwaliteit.
Als je geniet van uit eten gaan - dit is een foodie-hemel! Van "Travolata" van Ethan Stowell tot "Dahlia Lounge", "Serious Pie" en "Lola" van Tom Douglas. Niet alleen beroemde chef-koks koken een spectaculaire maaltijd in Belltown. Er zijn overal kleine Midden-Oosterse, Japanse, Chinese, Vietnamese, Marokkaanse en Europese plaatsen - log in op Yelp en kies voor plezier!
U heeft snel internet, dakterras toegang, parkeerplaats in de ondergrondse garage.
We wonen in de stad, dus als je vragen hebt, neem dan gerust contact met ons op. Voor uw privacy zorgen wij voor een naadloze check-in en check-out. We zullen u echter graag persoonlijk begroeten als u dat wilt. De lightrail van / naar de luchthaven ligt op 7 stratenblokken afstand (0,6 km), stadstransfer loopt over de 2de, 3de en 4de laan en biedt overal handige verbindingen. Wandelen is gemakkelijk en plezierig. Lyft en Uber zijn ook een optie.

Location, location, location! The energy and hustle of a big city’s downtown and everything that comes with it. Was short walk to the main attractions downtown: Pike Place Market, Aquarium, Space Needle, and museums. The place was smartly decorated and bed was comfortable. Great view from rooftop at night. Couldn’t get in at first, but host was immediately available to help me out. The parking is very tight, but it’s free! That’s a huge plus. It’s a secure garage and they are serious about keeping the whole building secure.

If it were possible to give six stars I absolutely would. This place was perfect for the trip my partner and I took to Seattle. The location is ideal, clear instructions to get in, and surprisingly private despite being right downtown. It’s also close to the waterfront, and right in the middle of a nice variety of restaurants (and a bakery for morning coffee!). The space itself was clean and tidy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was actually comfortable (I’m used to sinking into beds like squishy marshmallows and this one had good support) and the shower was spacious with great water pressure. The icing on the top of the cake was the host, Alex, who was absolutely fantastic. Communication was prompt and clear, and he went above and beyond with answering our questions about places to see and things to do while we were there. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful stay! Super clean, cute place in walking distance of kind of everything. Parking garage was really handy though I'd recommend to stick to a midsize SUV at the very largest for the available spot. Very convenient place for hanging out in the city and walking to the game and back. Lots of effort is clearly out into keeping this apartment nice for guests. Would definitely stay again!

Location was excellent and the building was very secure. The condo was nicely appointed, very clean and well maintained. Perfect for a single person or couple. Check in was a bit of a hassle with a vehicle because you have to go up to the unit to get the key fob before you can gain access to the garage. There wasn’t available parking on the block at the time we arrived so my spouse had to circle around a few blocks while I ran up to get the key fob. It was more than worth that minor inconvenience to have secure onsite parking! Note, parking space is very compact. It was a tight fit for our Nissan Juke. Once parked, we walked everywhere for the 2 days of our stay including Pikes Place Market and Climate Pledge arena. We never felt unsafe while walking around. Would definitely stay again.

A great little studio apartment perfectly located to so many great things to see. Minutes’ walk to Space Needle, Pike Place Market or the piers and a bunch of good restaurants and coffee, and also just a few blocks from public transit. Very cool building and I’d recommend that, unlike us, you read all the do’s and don’ts in the introductory email. The building has a LOT of HOA rules and one of the biggies is not holding the door for people without a key fob that proves they live there. We’re used to holding doors as a courtesy and just about broke rule #1 before we’d even gotten to our room! The weather was wonderful during our stay but it could get kinda warm in the room. Instead of using the portable AC, we did leave the window and sliding door open most of the time. And due to that we were able to hear a lot of the city noises night and day but that's part of of being in the middle of the city. It’s a pretty noisy area in the evenings but had no trouble getting to sleep but early mornings we were greeted with the noises of city trucks, but we’d definitely stay again. Overall we had a great time.

My stay at this condo in the heart of Seattle was truly exceptional. The location couldn't have been better—just a short seven-minute walk to both Pike Place Market and the Space Needle, with plenty of restaurant options close by. The condo itself was spacious, spotless, and having a washer and dryer was incredibly convenient. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, and having a parking spot in the city was an amazing bonus. If I came back to Seattle, I would 100% rebook at this place. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a comfortable and convenient stay!

Such an amazing location!

I have to admit that my country living self struggled a bit with the secured access. I glossed over the fine print and found myself having to fumble through a couple times. Remember to use the key fob for the elevator and front entrance door. Remember to leave the garage with the key fob and go back in to check out. I got locked out of the garage. 100% my fault but important to highlight. Unit was gorgeous and clean. Everything was within walking distance. Neighborhood was great! The host was understanding to all of my fumbles. My daughter had the best time on our trip.

Minor hiccup trying to get in but communication with hosts was excellent as I only had a data sim so sent message via email/app that was replied to promptly.Apartment was clean and modern. Didn't use kitchen, but it had all ammenities. Washer/Dryer extremely valuable and one of the reasons we booked. Location was spot on. Close walking distance to everything but not in the busy main part of town. Apartment is on the back end of complex so there is some buffering from street noise. Plenty of restaurants close by.Overrall, would highly recommend

Rental exactly as described, love everything about it…especially the views from the rooftop. Lots of must-see sights within walking distance, like pike place market, waterfront, space needle. Also loved the restaurants and coffee/bakery in either direction just outside front door. I would stay here again.
