Escape to a peaceful, wooded urban oasis in this private guest suite - perfect for relaxing while staying close to Seattle and Bellevue. Surrounded by quiet streets and fresh air, you can unwind in nature, take scenic neighborhood walks, and enjoy glimpses of the city skyline, all while being just minutes from dining, shopping, and transit.

Please note that our unit is located in the basement beneath our kitchen and living room. We are a family of four with two kids and two cats who never entered the unit. The unit has a completely separate entrance and a private deck. “You will need to walk along a long, sloped driveway and then go down 10+ stairs on the side of the house to access the unit. We want to be upfront and transparent about this to set accurate expectations. There is reasonable noise transfer occasionally between the upstairs and downstairs. Our weekdays start at 6:30/7:00 AM, and you may hear us walking in the kitchen if you're sensitive to noise. However, please be assured that we will do our best to minimize it during your stay.

Our guest house is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood in Somerset, Bellevue, within the award-winning Bellevue School District. It is conveniently situated less than 2 miles from grocery stores, Factoria Mall, and T-Mobile, and just a 5-minute drive to Bellevue College and the transit center. With quick access to I-90 and I-405, you’ll be close to parks, shopping, restaurants, and hospitals.

A major highlight is the nearby light rail access—just an 8-minute drive or Uber ride to South Bellevue Station, where you can take the newly opened Link 2 Line for easy, car-free travel to downtown Seattle, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, the University of Washington, North Seattle, and even Lynnwood. This makes it especially convenient for games, concerts, FIFA World Cup 2026, and other major events.

Downtown Bellevue is only 12 minutes away, and downtown Seattle is about a 20-minute drive. You can also explore nearby Redmond and Kirkland with ease—home to Microsoft, Amazon, and Google. While having a car is recommended, the light rail and transit options make getting around simple and flexible.

Each room has its own wall heater, and the living/dining area is air-conditioned, letting you adjust the temperature for maximum comfort.

Please feel free to use these amenities, but we kindly ask that you supervise any children and ensure they are used safely.

Other Details to Note:

We are in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood. Parties or any form of noisy gathering are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are after 10 PM. If guests violate the rules and our neighbors complain, the reservation will be canceled immediately, and the security deposit will be forfeited.

We may be able to accommodate an early check-in for $15 per hour before 4 pm. Please reach out at least 3 days prior to your arrival so we can arrange with our cleaners.
