Perfecte locatie! 98 loop score. De oudste en hipste wijk van Seattle. East Mercer op 10th Ave East. Appartement op de begane grond op slechts vier blokken van het lightrail-station Capitol Hill ($ 3, 50 van / naar het vliegveld), tram, beste restaurants, coffeeshops en bars en het Vrijwilligerspark. South Lake Union net de heuvel af. Fred Hutch, ziekenhuizen, Kenmore Air en Space Needle en MoPop binnen enkele minuten. Auto naar de universiteit van Seattle of het internationale district. Auto? Je hebt er geen nodig, maar ik heb privé op straat parkeren.

Prachtig bijgewerkt 1902 Dutch Colonial met een unieke loft-achtige uitstraling. Je hebt hele begane grond met terras. Perfect voor twee koppels, vrienden of familie tot vijf. Beide slaapkamers hebben nieuwe hoogwaardige queensize bedden met een eigen complete badkamer (de ene heeft een tweepersoonssouche, de andere een douche / bad), en Euro Duravit low-flow toiletten. De bedden hebben lokaal gemaakte donsdekens van hotelkwaliteit met allergiebeschermers op matrassen en kussens en zachte microfiberlakens. Extra lange bank in de woonkamer slaapt een vijfde gast. We hebben een Pac-n-play voor zuigelingen / peuters.

Geweldige zonovergoten keuken met hoogwaardig gasfornuis, gootsteen, roestvrij ingebouwde koelkast en enorm eiken eiland. Mijn vrouw is een geweldige Frans opgeleide kok, dus keuken is goed gevuld. Woonkamer heeft 50 "4K UHD TV met alle streaming-diensten en een gashaard. Geforceerde lucht centrale warmte en zone AC houden de dingen op de juiste temperatuur. Wasmachine / droger in meubel. Gecodeerde sloten op beide deuren betekenen geen sleutels om op te halen of terug te brengen.

Ideaal voor zakelijke en zakelijke verblijven, evenementen of bezienswaardigheden bezoeken, familieleden bezoeken of de muziek- of sportscene bezoeken. Lightrail gaat rechtstreeks naar de stadions (in 12 minuten) en de universiteit van Washington (in 5 minuten). Ik weet dat je deze ruimte leuk zult vinden. Het heeft een prachtig gezellig comfort dat moeilijk te verslaan is.

This rental was absolutely lovely. The two bedrooms and baths were very comfortable and clean. The place was spacious and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to cook with. The unit was easy to find, spotless, and beautiful. It has everything you need, and the kitchen is the perfect place to drink your morning coffee surrounded by all of the windows. The hosts are very informative and kind. I will definitely be looking for this place again if I need to stay in the Seattle area.

Great location in Capitol Hill. Walkable neighborhood, only a few blocks to mass transit, great restaurants, nearby grocery. Very attentive and responsive hosts. Great property - lots of natural light, well appointed kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, comfortable beds. One of our favorite VRBO properties. Highly recommend!

We loved this place so so much! My kids did not want to leave. Very private and quiet apartment but so close to great restaurants. Owners were great to communicate with, offering many great suggestions and information. They were always quick to respond to any questions Apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was just beautiful. The apartment had a lot of character, which made it very special.

We loved our family vacation in Capitol Hill! It was the perfect home away from home, and an ideal spring point for wandering around Seattle. We has everything we needed for a family with two children, ages 9 & 12. The home home is sweet, cozy and inviting. It was just the right a amount of space. The owners have thoughtfully provided so many things. Mike and Kat are wonderful hosts. We highly recommend this home!

The location is great!! You have multiple restaurants,shops,grocery stores within 2 blocks.Mike & Kathleen are amazing hosts, who really go out of their way to make your stay special.The apt is very well laid out, open floor plan.Beds so comfy.Kitchen well stocked. It was fun to explore the Broadway area. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Our hosts were very accommodating, even added YouTubeTV to their streaming service so we could watch Huskie football!. Kitchen was well stocked so could easily cook. The 8 stairs up to the entry were a bit of a challenge, but otherwise our stay was great.

We were thrilled with this place. It was quaint & cozy with plenty of space for 4 adults. There were 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. We enjoyed the side patio with late night snacks & drinks. Renting and staying in One Off Broadway was a delightful experience. The owner was understanding and helpful when we needed to change our scheduled stay. Communication throughout was clear and thorough. The space was great for two couples and was comfortable for visits from our son and his friend. It is a great location to walk to QFC, restaurants, and Volunteer Park.

We could not have been more delighted with our stay at this lovely rental. It is exactly as advertised: a great location, a beautiful, well-equipped property with every amenity one could ever hope for, super convenient off-street parking, and extremely welcoming hosts who were always available to answer any question we might have. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet, centrally located rental right in the middle of everything good that Seattle has to offer. We can't wait to go back!

What we really enjoyed about this property is the cozy and comfortable atmosphere that made it feel like home. The kitchen is beautiful if you want to do some cooking and there are lovely local restaurants if you want to eat out. The beds are comfortable. Everything is well stocked and thought of. Everything was very clean and well cared for. The outdoor patio was a sweet little cove to have a quiet conversation. The warm hospitality and helpfulness of the hosts was the cream on top.

I have stayed at many vacation rentals here in the US as well as outside the US. This is one of the best if not the best we’ve stayed in The instructions were clear. Check in was smooth. The owners checked in during the stay offering assistance but none was needed!’ I loved the little notes left around the rental reinforcing instructions on appliances, temperature control etc. The home was extremely comfortable and tasteful. We absolutely intend to stay at this rental next time we visit Seattle

This property is amazing. It is clean and so well stocked with everything you could need. Location is great. We used public transportation for the most part and it was very convenient. Neighborhood is quiet. Grocery store very close. Found a great place in the neighborhood that sells locally made frozen entrees for those days you are tired and just want to relax at home.
