Other Things to Note:
1- There is NO access to the lake, and that the adjoining lakeside is all private property and attempting to access the lake is trespassing.
2- All bedrooms are conveniently located on the lower level for added privacy and quiet.
3- Central air conditioning is not available in the home.
4- The fireplace is decorative and not available for guest use.
5- The driveway leading from West Lake Sammamish Parkway to the house is quite steep and may be challenging during snowy conditions.
