Genesteld in een van de beroemde groene straten van Seattle, onze onlangs gerenoveerd privé-eenheid ligt op enkele minuten van het centrum van Seattle, het water en de Universiteit van Washington. Slechts 2 blokken om de lokale bus en Northgate Mall te vangen is op loopafstand (ongeveer 10 blokken) ..
Dit is een helder daglicht lager toestel met eigenaars die erboven wonen. Er is een grote patio voor uw plezier. We hebben eenvoudige, snelle toegang tot de snelwegen.
Onze unit is een grote volledig ingerichte 2 slaapkamers, 1 queensize bed, 1 tweepersoonsbed; met een volledige keuken. Maximaal 3 personen.
We wonen in een rustige buurt en vragen je respect voor ons huis en onze buren. Geen feestjes, luide muziek of geluid alsjeblieft.
Geen huisdieren zijn toegestaan om een gezonde ruimte te bieden aan toekomstige gasten die mogelijk gevoelig zijn.
Seattle is een Eco-vriendelijke stad en heeft uitgebreide sorteerregels voor recycling, voedselverspilling en afval. Er is een gids op de koelkast voor uw gemak. We bieden drie afzonderlijke containers voor de verschillende soorten afval.
We hebben de unit ontworpen en ingericht voor volwassenen. Het is niet veilig of geschikt voor baby's of kleine kinderen. Laat het ons van tevoren weten als je een tiener of tiener hebt die je mee wilt nemen. Iedereen jonger dan 21 jaar moet vooraf worden goedgekeurd voor een verblijf. Ook gratis wifi.
Nogmaals, eigenaren wonen erboven, er zijn normale huishoudelijke geluiden, maar je verlangt volledige stilte die je misschien ergens anders wilt zoeken. :)

This VRBO was perfect for my needs. Close to the UW hospital, grocery store and restaurants. We enjoyed an afternoon at Green Lake Park also. The accommodations were spacious and very clean and the hosts left all the perfect touches for us to enjoy! The hosts are onsite, available and very nice and friendly. They went more than out of the way to accommodate us, and it was a sense of security knowing they were around for me! I would highly recommend this VRBO!

Awesome gem!

My 87 year old mother and I (almost 60) stayed for 4 nights to visit my daughter and son-in-law. Great renovated basement space. ALL the amenities with great beds/linens, full kitchen, awesome water pressure for the shower (no tub which made shower access much better for my mom), and a cozy family room area. The owners are upstairs but you would hardly know. Private access. The only thing is the outside stairs which have a great motion light and hand rail. We would definitely stay here the next time we visit Seattle.

Delightful spot

I was attending a backyard wedding in Seattle and stayed at this property with my adult son. It was perfect. The location was exactly where we needed to stay to be close to local family. Everything was clean, the owners lived upstairs and were willing to help with anything. The unit is well-equipped, although we didn’t do any cooking. The checkout process was simple. Wonderful getaway in the woods

Still Giving

As always (we're here two or three times per year) John and Rachel have provided a homy, welcoming, thoughtful place to dwell in while enjoying Seattle's wonders. They continue to upgrade, and work hard to anticipate one's needs. If there is any kind of minor problem they are quick to respond, and do their best to remedy the situation. We will keep returning as long as we have family in the area, and we can only hope this place remains available!

Our Stay at John and Rachel's North Seattle Suite

Preparing for our trip to Seattle to our son's wedding, we found John and Rachel's VRBO rental as the one that checked all our needs for the wedding weekend- central location to our venues, ease of access from the I-5 Freeway, quiet and peaceful, comfortable, clean and spacious, and affordable. The suite was spotless and roomy, cool in the heat of summer, everything felt and looked new. Felt more like being on the main floor than a basement. Beds were comfortable, slept well thanks to the quiet location of the property. The kitchen was very well-equipped, we lacked nothing during our stay. Our hosts communicated very well with us, made us feel very welcome, and we came away feeling we had been cared about in the course of our stay. Thank you, John and Rachel.
