*. Step Disclosure: There are 5-6 steps at the entrance. Guests only have access to the basement unit. There may be other guests staying in the upper unit.



*. AC Disclosure: There is no AC in the unit but fans are provided



*. Kitchenette Disclosure: There is no stove, only electrical pot is provided.

*. Noise Disclosure: There may be guests staying in the upper unit. You may hear noise from time to time. There are separate entrances and no shared spaces.



*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.



*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.



*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500).
