Verbluffende nieuwbouw. Fantastisch uitzicht op de stad, de bergen en het geluid vanaf het dakterras. Geweldige locatie, omdat het gemakkelijk is om naar lightrail, parken, restaurants, bars, winkels en meer te lopen. Alles wat u zou verwachten van een moderne moderne nieuwbouw in het hart van Capitol Hill, Seattle.

De ruimte

Ons herenhuis ligt aan de zijstraat, wat zorgt voor extra rust en toch centraal gelegen.


Eerste verdieping - De ingang opent naar de grote kamer die veel in deze gezellige ruimte past, waaronder een kleine tuin, een woonkamer (met kabel-tv en een slaapbank), een halve badkamer en een volledig geladen keuken. De keuken is uitgerust met fornuis, oven, koelkast, vuilophaal en vaatwasser. We hebben een koffiezetapparaat (koffie niet meegeleverd), waterkoker (thee niet meegeleverd) en een broodrooster. Typische items zoals keukengerei, snijplanken, potten en pannen zijn ook aanwezig. Deze verdieping heeft ook airconditioning.

Tweede verdieping - Deze verdieping heeft een complete badkamer en twee slaapkamers (met queensize bedden) en een wasmachine / droger. Beide slaapkamers hebben staande fans.

Derde verdieping - Op de derde verdieping bevindt zich de hoofdslaapkamer. Het omvat een complete badkamer (douche, dubbele wastafel en toilet), een queensize bed en een slaapbank. Het biedt ook uitzicht op de stad en airconditioning.

Vierde verdieping (dakterras) - Het dakterras biedt uitzicht op de stad, de ruimte naald en de Puget Sound. Wij bieden comfortabele stoelen zodat u alles kunt meenemen!

Parkeren - Er is een parkeerplaats buiten op het terrein. Let op: onze parkeerplaats past gemakkelijk in middelgrote tot compacte voertuigen. Een full-size SUV zal nauw aansluiten. Parkeren is ook mogelijk op straat met limieten van 2 uur tussen 07.00 en 18.00 uur behalve op zondag.

We are a family of five with older kids and had a great stay. The first floor was comfortable for gathering and hanging out. There isn't a kitchen table, but we didn't miss it! There is a large island and the living room was where we ended up sitting anyway as we played games and watched a movie. The rest of the property was perfect for us to spread out as well. We didn't get to spend much time on the rooftop patio, but the views were amazing. Another great aspect of this property is the location - we were able to comfortably walk to great restaurants which was much nicer than driving and finding parking. Capitol Hill is a great neighborhood. Great stay!

This house made a great stay for our family of 6 for a wonderful weekend getaway at Seattle! The beds were very cozy and the master bedroom was spacious enough to add a crib. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. Would highly recommend this house!

We recently stayed at this fantastic VRBO property in the heart of Capitol Hill, Seattle, and it exceeded our expectations in many ways. The house was exactly as advertised, providing a comfortable (three good bedrooms) environment for our group. Capitol Hill offers an unbeatable blend of restaurants, cafes, bars, and activities right at your doorstep. From the vibrant nightlife to the eclectic dining options, there's always something to explore. We particularly enjoyed visiting local spots like Bar Cotto for dinner and Cafe Ladro for coffee.The house itself shows signs of being well-used, which is understandable given its popularity. However, this did not detract from our overall experience. The real gem of the property is the view from the roof, which offers a stunning panorama of the city. It's a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sunset.Overall, we highly recommend this VRBO for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the vibrant culture of Capitol Hill. great location in Capitol Hill. Fantastic roof top deck, even in 20 degree weather, view of the city and the mountains. Property just as advertised. Designated Off Street parking a HUGE plus for the area. Note some other hosts advertise on-site parking But it’s just a permit allowing you to park on the street if you can find it (which is hard to do). This property offers designated off street parking. We will definitely stay here again.

Three college friends in to watch our alma mater take on UW in football. We stayed three nights and this was a great spot. Easy to get to marina for Puget Sound fishing trip and one stop on light rail to UW's stadium. Great house - very functional and rooftop space was awesome. Hosts were very responsive to a couple of questions ahead of time.

This was an excellent property for friends to meeting up and tour around Seattle. It’s within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and fun times. The band we came to see canceled at the last minute but we made due with some quality time on the roof-top deck and a beautiful skyline sunset. I highly recommend this property.

The condo was decent, and a good location if you want to be on Capital Hill. A short walk down to the Link, and near a nice little commercial district along 15th Ave, and a short walk to Volunteer Park. It is a three floor walkup to the master bedroom, and 4 floors up to the roof (which has a nice city view at night) so this is not the best place for older folks with bad knees. For this price there could have been more niceties, like enough coffee cups, wine glasses, and dish towels. And the TV needs to be set up for use.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here and especially enjoyed the view from the rooftop deck! The view was amazingly beautiful both in the morning and at sunset! The location is also wonderful as you are within walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, and parks for both kids and adults. The off street parking is great too, especially when it’s busy. The owners are also easy to reach out to, if you need help with anything or have questions. We definitely recommend staying here especially if you plan on going to many of the attractions the city has to offer.
