The Space
Set within a tranquil, single-level home, the lower unit accommodates up to 4 guests with two inviting bedrooms. Natural wood accents and soft light create a soothing atmosphere throughout. The living area features comfortable seating, a 50-inch smart TV, record player, books, games, and DVDs, perfect for relaxing after a day out.

Kitchen & Dining
A fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, and a dining area for six. Brew your favorite drink from the coffee and tea bar and enjoy meals together at the spacious table or outdoors by the creek.

Sleeping Arrangements
Both bedrooms offer memory foam hybrid mattresses and calming décor. The Tree Room includes a streaming TV and vanity mirror, while the Wood Room features a rustic accent wall and dedicated workspace stocked with office supplies.

You're only a mile from the Northgate Light Rail station and a 5-minute walk to the Rapid Ride bus line. Hop on the Link Light Rail for a quick, affordable ride to UW, downtown, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, or Sea-Tac Airport. It’s just $3.50 and trains run every 8 minutes—making your commute or game day a breeze.

Before booking, please review the house rules to ensure this home meets your needs. This peaceful home is part of a separated duplex, offering a private and comfortable space for you to enjoy and relax. For affordability, this unit is a 3 bedroom that has one room locked off.

Each unit features its own entrance, as well as separate BBQ and outdoor living areas, ensuring you have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. You’ll have all the privacy you need, while also enjoying the tranquil ambiance of the neighborhood, yard and creek. We have a shared yard for recreation & relaxation, dogs, and children. Additional pet fees and policies apply and proof of vaccination/flea & tick protection will be required prior to stay.

Thornton Creek is wheelchair accessible and we have provided a wheelchair ramp, shower chair/grab bar for any disabled visitors with advanced notice.

We are dedicated to offering a comfortable and natural environment for all our visitors. Please note that some of our bedding contains down feathers, and our decor includes natural and cowhide elements. Because we are a natural environment, animals and insects are seen on occasion. We have professional, environmentally friendly, pest control services monthly.

We support eco-friendly, sustainable, and environmentally-considerate purchases and practices wherever possible. We forgo single-use items such as Keurig coffee pods, use Brita pitchers for filtered water, and recycle extensively.
