The Space
Set on a single level with no stairs, the lower unit is arranged for up to 4 guests with two bedrooms, each designed with simple comforts that make quiet winter mornings and relaxing evenings feel effortless. The living area is bright yet cozy, offering a TV, record player, board games, books, sound system, and exercise equipment. Natural wood touches invite you to slow down after a day spent exploring the city or enjoying the colder-season calm of the surrounding neighborhood.

Kitchen & dining
A kitchen is available for preparing meals at home, supported by essential appliances and cooking basics. A dining table makes it easy to gather for shared meals or warm breakfasts before heading out. A coffee maker and hot water kettle help you ease into your day during the cooler months.

The home includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior security cameras at the front door. Self check-in is available through a smart lock, and both on-site and street parking are included.

The home is pet-friendly and includes a crib, pack ’n play, high chair, baby bath, baby monitor, children’s books and toys, children’s dinnerware, baby safety gates, and outlet covers.

You're only a mile from the Northgate Light Rail station and a 5-minute walk to the Rapid Ride bus line. Hop on the Link Light Rail for a quick, affordable ride to UW, downtown, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, or Sea-Tac Airport. It’s just $3.50 and trains run every 8 minutes—making your commute or game day a breeze.

Before booking, please review the house rules to ensure this home meets your needs. This peaceful home is part of a separated duplex, offering a private and comfortable space for you to enjoy and relax. For affordability, this unit is a 3 bedroom that has one room locked off.

Each unit features its own entrance, as well as separate BBQ and outdoor living areas, ensuring you have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. You’ll have all the privacy you need, while also enjoying the tranquil ambiance of the neighborhood, yard and creek. We have a shared yard for recreation & relaxation, dogs, and children. Additional pet fees and policies apply and proof of vaccination/flea & tick protection will be required prior to stay.

Thornton Creek is wheelchair accessible and we have provided a wheelchair ramp, shower chair/grab bar for any disabled visitors with advanced notice.

We are dedicated to offering a comfortable and natural environment for all our visitors. Please note that some of our bedding contains down feathers, and our decor includes natural and cowhide elements. Because we are a natural environment, animals and insects are seen on occasion. We have professional, environmentally friendly, pest control services monthly.

Exterior cameras are at the front door of each unit and another overlooking the parking area. There are NO inside cameras. However, we do monitor for sound decibel levels, smoke, and number of people present.

We support eco-friendly, sustainable, and environmentally-considerate purchases and practices wherever possible. We forgo single-use items such as Keurig coffee pods, use Brita pitchers for filtered water, and recycle extensively.
