    Deze zorgvuldig ontworpen en vakkundig gebouwde studio ligt in de coolste buurt van Seattle en biedt de meest gewilde functies van vandaag: roestvrijstalen apparaten, kwartsaanrechtbladen, een complete badkuip met wasmachine en droger in huis, een opklapbed, een kleine fitnessruimte en een eigen patio - met prachtig uitzicht op de stad en de bergen vanaf het dakterras!

    KEUKEN & EETKAMER
    Een volledig gevulde keuken met een koelkast, koffiezetapparaat en andere apparaten die u alles bieden wat u nodig hebt wanneer u thuiskomt! Gebruik de potten, pannen en schalen en help jezelf met koffie of thee.

    BAD
    De badkamer heeft een ligbad. Voorradig met onze eigen voorzieningenlijn schone handdoeken, zeep en basisbenodigdheden om u op weg te helpen. We hebben ook een haardroger op voorraad, plus nog veel meer!

    De woonkamer heeft een Murphy-bed, uitgerust met TV + Comcast en een supersnelle WiFi voor uw entertainmentbehoeften!

    Deze accommodatie ligt zeer dicht bij het openbaar vervoer (13 OV-routes). Bovendien zult u genieten van ongeveer 1125 bars, restaurants en cafés in een straal van een mijl. U zult zeker van plan zijn om terug te komen naar Capitol Hill na uw verblijf ...

    Houd er rekening mee dat hoewel u het appartement voor uzelf hebt, wij onze gasten vriendelijk willen houden voor de andere huurders in ons gebouw.

    Roken van welke aard dan ook is toegestaan op het terrein, inclusief buitenruimtes.

    Alleen parkeren op straat is mogelijk. We raden u aan niet om te gaan met het gedoe van een auto meenemen naar de grote stad. Het gebruik van bus, lightrail, lopen of ritten wordt sterk aanbevolen voor sneller, goedkoper en eenvoudiger transport.

    De code voor het elektronische slot op de deur wordt ongeveer een week van tevoren verstrekt.

Clean, as described

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spotless and well located -- great for a brief stay in the city. Don't expect personality (this does not feel like someone's home), but it had everything we needed. The management company was communicative and friendly. Bring earplugs, as the plumbing from above is a bit loud -- but I wouldn't let this deter you from staying. Recommend overall.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the apartment is great and the apartment itself is clean but basic and a little dark. The check in/out process is a nightmare since the key has to be retrieved downtown, adding unnecessary trips and the inconvenience of hauling luggage all over town.

Keycafe

Everything was wonderful with the property. The locations of the key cafes were less than ideal. Prior to my arrival, I was directed to a keycafe in a dangerous part of Seattle that was also far from the property. I was able to get the key from a different location, but still far from the property. There is a QFC closer to the property that also was in a much safer location. I had my son return the keys for me, as I was leaving at 5 am. He tried one keycafe, and it was full. So, he was directed to two locations that were far and very sketchy. If I had tried to return the keys myself, I would have had to hopefully get my Lyft driver to take me to different keycafe in different locations until I could find one that wasn’t full. And, possibly lose my Lyft ride, and/or miss my flight. When I stayed in Seattle three years ago, I didn’t have to go through all of this running around for keys. Sending tourists to notoriously dangerous neighborhoods with luggage that are miles away from the rental property is a potentially dangerous practice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Though I wasn't in Seattle for vacation, my stay in Candice's studio in North Capitol Hill was great! The studio is clean, charming and comfortable; and its location is ideal, with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby, as well as easily accessible public transportation close by.

Smith Stay on 11th Street in Seattle

The condo was new and very clean. Parking a car is challenging but can be done. We were visiting our daughter who lives in the neighborhood so location was great for us. We missed not being able to see out a window to check on the weather. There were no instructions provided on how to connect to commercial television for local broadcast channels. Experienced a lot of frustration over trying to accomplish this. Had difficulty connecting to the internet with the given instructions. Could not locate the box under the TV as instructed. Could not locate the iron and ironing board that was listed as available. Would have been nice to have kleenex available.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Candice's place is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. It is in a great location, very accessible. The place was very clean and communication with Candice was very easy. Great recommendations on food nearby. And the view from the rooftop is so beautiful. My only regret is that I was only there for a night. I would definitely recommend Candice's place and will make sure to look it up when I am in the area again. Thank you for being such an awesome host.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: New and very clean small condo. We were visiting our daughter who lives in the neighborhood so the location was great for us. Parking a car was a challenge on the streets but can be done. We had difficulty connecting to the internet using their directions. Could not locate the box under the television. We could not connect to local television stations. We also could not locate the iron and ironing board listed as available. Wish Kleenex would have been provided.
