Een bezoek aan Seattle, Reizen met kinderen of kleinkinderen te zien heb je je thuis weg van huis. Deze 1928 1800 sq ft met 3 slaapkamers, 1 en 3/4 badkamers, TV / Flatscreen kamer geweldig voor de kinderen. De knappe keuken met openslaande deuren naar een groot terras en uitzicht op de Mount Rainier plus het voordek heeft territoriale en Cascade Mountain vergezichten. Allemaal dicht bij Magnolia Village en buslijnen naar het centrum

Het huis is perfect voor alle levensstijlen en voor iedereen die in het noordwesten. De licht gevulde belangrijkste plattegrond wordt versterkt door bogen, inham plafonds, foto lijstwerk, rolluiken, hardhouten vloeren en een open haard. de woonkamer stroomt in de eetkamer en de volledig ingerichte keuken met granieten, toestellen, gasfornuis en voldoende opbergruimte. De 2 belangrijkste verdieping slaapkamers (een met een mahoniehouten hemelbed tweepersoonsbed en een met een queen size bed) zijn gescheiden door een betegelde full size bad. De rustige lagere niveau beschikt over een ruime TV / speelkamer, Flat Screen TV, mooie queen size slaapkamer, een ton kastruimte, betegelde douche en bijkeuken.

De speciale functies omvatten toegang tot het hele huis behalve de garage. Dit rustige woonstraat met een prachtig buren biedt parkeergelegenheid in de voorkant van de woning en het parkeren van de op de oprit. We zijn blij om u te voorzien van benodigdheden die u wellicht denkt u nodig als we ons best zullen doen om u te ontvangen. We zijn niet in de woning tijdens uw verblijf, maar we ter beschikking om vragen te beantwoorden vóór of tijdens uw verblijf.

Magnolia is een rustige woonwijk met vele parken, gemeenschappelijk zwembad, speeltuin voor de kinderen is een blok verderop, een korte wandeling naar de bus (1/2 blok afstand) naar het centrum (12 minuten) of Magnolia Village (6 straten verderop), waar Er zijn supermarkten, restaurants, cafés, ijsverkopers, bibliotheek, bakkerij en coffeeshops en een boete cadeauwinkel. Plus een 2 mijl lopen naar de beroemde Discovery Park, het strand en de vuurtoren.

Vervoer naar het centrum met de bus # 28, Lite spoor aan de universiteit St Station naar de luchthaven of een taxi van Magnolia ($ 50 est).

Magnolia is een gewilde buurt vanwege de rustige omgeving, het gemak naar de stad en haar mooie huizen.

The house was immaculate and so very clean. The host included many nice touches including a couple of lovely treats. The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance, utensil and spice you could want. There are books and toys for toddler-aged children, so that was very helpful and fun for our young guest. The location is excellent for getting to downtown Seattle or the little neighborhood center of Magnolia Village. Great for walks at night, very very safe. Overall, this is a stellar property.

We could not have wished for a more relaxed, comfortable home and extraordinarily well-equipped kitchen to play in to create a homemade, lavish as you can dream up, family Thanksgiving. Matt, our host, surprised us with fresh flowers and all sorts of treats to make us feel welcome. The neighborhood is beautiful for walks and views, and a small downtown is nearby as well. This older home that has been updated and well maintained was just our kind of place, and we appreciated our host's thoughtfulness and attention to detail.

We had a lovely stay at this property! Location is excellent near touristy attractions and ferry terminal. We really enjoyed the deck and garden area to relax and have coffee, a cocktail or a meal. There’s a view of Mt Ranier from one side of the deck and the city/space needle from the other side. Back yard was peaceful and private and being bird lovers, we enjoyed watching the humming birds. The house was clean and well stocked and we appreciated the fans and AC units since Seattle was having a heat wave while we were there. We appreciated the attention to other details as well: The linens on the bed were nice, the towels were fluffy and even the bar of soap left for the shower was nice.

Matt was incredibly helpful, decorating the house for Christmas and leaving thoughtful treats for our kids as well as us. We were visiting our daughter for Thanksgiving and chose this home for our stay. It was a great gathering spot for our small family. The house was welcoming, comfortable and nicely decorated. Everything about our stay in this lovely Magnolia home exceeded our expectations! Starting with our amazing host Matt, whose hosting style is wonderfully kind and generous - from his responsive and caring (but never intrusive) messages to the feeling that we had discovered a home away from home for our stay in Seattle. The house is lovely - charmingly decorated and completely stocked - with such thoughtfulness and care that it felt as if our family had prepared it for us! Best of all, it was spotless. The flow of the home is outstanding, with a perfect kitchen connecting the upper and lower living spaces as well as leading to a lovely deck and backyard. The neighborhood and location are fantastic, both peaceful and close to town. Every need or wish felt fully anticipated and met - all we had to do was relax and enjoy this gem of a home. Gem in Magnolia

We’ve stayed at a half dozen Magnolia homes when returning to visit family, and Matt’s home is probably our favorite! The decor was Seattle-elegant, furniture were comfortable, kitchen well appointed (and spices well organized!), heck even the downstairs couch was sleepable as an unexpected bed. Magnolia is a great neighborhood if you’re seeking quiet, and a manageable walk over the hill to Magnolia Village - get the Generra mocha at Uptown Espresso - and for downtown, the #24 bus at the end of the block goes to downtown in 30 mins, don’t be afraid of Joe Metro during heavy traffic since busses have a dedicated lanes on Elliot and 3rd aves. We will hopefully stay again for our future visits!

Thanksgiving week visiting family

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully quaint home. It was just right for our family of 5. Plenty of clean towels, beds were very comfortable and coffee was delicious! Would highly recommend and definitely stay again. We received a welcoming call from property manager ahead of check in and was very helpful. There were also fresh flower, fall decorations around and a bottle of wine left for us.

In Between Move Home

Our host was incredibly accommodating, as we needed a place for two and a half months. The home was fully stocked as though it was a five star hotel. The towels were new, the beds reminded me of the heavenly beds at the Starwood hotels. The kitchen was well equipped with gourmet utensils, serving ware and cookware. Our host went above and behind to accommodate our requests. By far this is the best experience we have ever had with VRBO. We highly recommend staying at the beautifully appointed Magnolia house.

I find most VRBO reviewers overinflate ratings, but this property is as close to a true "5 Star" as you can get. Photos are accurate; property is spacious, functional and well cared for. Note there are 2 bedrooms upstairs with one bath, and1 bedroom in the basement with a bath. Wonderful view. Property very well-appointed with everything we needed or could imagine needing. Host does require an additional security deposit.

Magnificent Magnolia!

A very comfortable, spacious and very well appointed home. This was THE best VRBO we have stayed in and we are frequent fliers. Matt was exceptionally courteous, thoughtful, and accommodating. There five of us and the three bedrooms were perfect for us to spread out. Quiet, easily accessible neighborhood with tantalizing views of downtown and Mt Rainer.

Matt is an amazing host with a beautiful property. He has thought of every detail and those little things made my family’s stay so comfortable and effortless. We were a smaller group but there is so much room for several family members to come and enjoy Seattle. Lots of different spaces inside and out. So it’s easy to have some private space even with a big group. Magnolia is also so close to downtown and great parks. Highly recommend!
