'This was our second summer weekend at this property. It is a beautiful home in pristine condition. Bed linens we cozy and comfortable (nice pillows too!). The house has several nice common areas in which to hang out. It gets great light, and the high ceilings make it feel larger than it is. Easy drive to North Conway for a cute town with fun shops and restaurants. We have already booked another weekend next summer!'

'The house was spotless and comfortable. We arrived in the middle of a snowstorm, and it was great to have the one-car attached garage, a heating system that worked well, someone who plowed the driveway and shoveled the snow shortly after we arrived, and a comfortable hot shower. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. Beds are comfortable, and there is a lot of closet space and drawer space. We would stay here again.'

Biggest complaint, I reached out by text to 2 different numbers but never got a response. They weren't big issues, but still. The instructions and guide to the property from the host were very clear and there was plenty of space for all of us. The location was great for Conway amenities and groceries and less than a 30min drive to Attitash for skiing. We loved the hot-tub and pool table as well as the river front. It made for a special New Year's Eve and would certainly stay there again.'

'1st week of September with temperatures in the 80’s. Couldn’t ask for better weather. When we entered the home we saw a spectacular view of the pond from the kitchen and living room. Perfectly bordered by the trees on either side it’s picture perfect. We had a wonderful stay floating in the pond and we even met a couple of kayakers. This is a beautiful and peaceful place to relax.'

'The property has a lot of potential. There is no sandy beach access on the property , just the long dock area. Not sure if another party left right before we arrived, beds were made and it was tidied , but could have used a better overall cleaning. (Floors , countertops, mopping etc.) Definitely a campground feel. Overall beautiful views and had a wonderful stay .'

'This is an ideal location for a fun getaway for any season. Plenty of room for a large/extended family. While there is a road between the house and lake it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp.'
