'Beautiful views, convenient to town yet just far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. '

'We had an amazing stay and the property was clean and maintained and supplied with all we needed. The views and location with easy access to the water were superb. It’s quiet lots of birds, geese, turkeys, osprey and a couple bald eagle sightings. Quick and easy drive to town for groceries and supplies you may need. The full Maine waterside experience. '

'My husband and I had a wonderful stay and especially enjoyed the incredible view and access to the water. (They have paddles and life jackets for the kayaks) We spent hours both nights on the dock and loved getting to take the kayaks out. The living space had everything we needed with lots of natural light from the wrap around windows with view of the water from all sides!! We forgot to bring coffee and they ended up having some in the kitchen already! The boat house is attached to another house...

'This was an incredible place to stay! The hosts were the best we have had to interact with. The area was full of things to do. We played golf at the Sebasco Resort twice during our stay. You can’t beat getting lobsters at Watson’s General Store on Cundy’s Harbor. The Friendly Cottage had all we needed to cook and prepare all our culinary needs. We will be back!'

'Great, comfortable place to stay. The location is super walkable. There are several bars/restaurants very close, and other areas are close enlighten to walk to as well (I.e. Congress Street). Commercial is a bit of a walk, but if you’re like us and love to walk a new area. It’s not that far. The bed is comfortable and the place was very clean. Communication was great. We would stay here again!'

'Beds were very comfortable. Parking was a little difficult. 3rd floor was a little tough on my 83 year old mother. But it was clean and roomy and close to downtown shopping and touristy attractions.'

'I slept like a baby in this quaint apartment. The home was simply, yet comfortably furnished and gave cozy vibes. The property is lined with trees/vegetation providing privacy and the location was central to the area allowing easy navigation to all of Portland. Just 10 minutes from the Jetway and the wharf. The property owner was communicative & the check-in process couldn't have been easier.'

'We've been staying in Maine for over a decade. They have a lovely property that has great views, easy trails and a nice beach. The house was perfect for a family of four to six and allows pets. Everything was wonderful!!!!'

'Lovely little space for a getaway. Beautiful views at all times of day. Well appointed studio. Had everything we needed. Great little coffee shop and a convenience store nearby. Great restaurants and sightseeing close by as well. Highly recommend! Hosts stayed in touch and responded very quickly. Very quiet area. The few neighbors we met were all lovely people. Can’t wait to come back. '

'We loved our stay at this condo. The location is fantastic! It’s in downtown and so many places to go within very short walking distance. We did not rent a car because there was no need. We even did a wine tasting sail boat tour (highly recommend but reserve in advance because it sells out quickly) and we walked to the ocean but took an Uber back. Less than 10. The condo itself was very nice. Super comfy beds and very clean. A lot of stairs to walk but manageable. We had an issue when we got...
