'The biggest problem for this property is the lack of an elevator. Fortunately, the staff helped taking luggage up the stairs. I returned to the site and there really is no indication of this in the description. I wouldn't have stayed had I known this. Overall the property is what you would expect, fairly clean, quiet and fairly well kept. But the lack of elevator is problematic.'

'There isn't much positive to say about this hotel. It is in need of updates. Most of the hotel has seen its better days. There was paint missing in places, the pool area is very aged, there is a sauna listed but is used for a storage closet. The door in our bathroom has scratches on it from a dog. The water faucet leaked in the bathroom. At one point our water was shut off due to a water issue in another room. I did feel bad for the man that was trying to manage both the desk and breakfast area....

'Good enough room, though not perfect but has a comfortable bed. Heating and air unit was brand new and worked exactly like it should, though the auto fan was a bit noisy when trying to watch tv, but that is too be expected. The shower took a long time to heat, so i had a cold shower, but the sink water was just fine, which seemed strange. Overall, well worth the money and with a convenience store right across the street within walking distance for small items or other needs it was a great...

'Bathroom had dirt on the floor. There was no Kleenex and only three pillows for a king size bed and two adults. The couch was is poor condition and the towel rack in the bathroom was loose. The bath towels were more like the size of two hand towels sewn together. The staff was friendly and quick at the check-in desk. '

'The ice machine on 2nd and 3rd floor didn’t work. There wasn’t one on the 1st floor. I take medication that needs to be chilled. Reported a broken lamp after checking into the room , I took a picture. The girl at the front desk seemed uninterested and couldn’t be bothered. Upon check out the broken lamp was mentioned to another girl, showed her the same picture, and she said there was no work order to fix it. But she would take care of it. First visit and it was really underwhelming...
