Welkom bij Sedona! De Homestead combineert luxe, privacy en een prachtig uitzicht. Dit luxe spa-huis van 5000 vierkante voet is uw ultieme uitje naar Sedona. Het beschikt over een professionele fitnessruimte, een sauna, een bubbelbad, een verwarmd zoutbad en een ongelooflijk uitzicht. Gevestigd in W. Sedona, de nabijheid van restaurants en supermarkten maakt dit huis buitengewoon handig.

Plaats

The Homestead House is gelegen op een geweldige locatie in West Sedona. Je hebt van dichtbij uitzicht op de donderberg. Het huis ligt in een zeer rustige, besloten buurt. Weg van alle drukte en toch op slechts 1,5 km van de markten en geweldige restaurants.

Geniet van een prachtig uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer! De woonkamer heeft een 65 "4k smart-tv. Er is ook een gashaard.

Eethoek

Het eetgedeelte staat open voor de woonkamer en keuken. Onze eettafel biedt plaats aan 8 personen.

Keuken

Onze grote keuken heeft roestvrijstalen apparaten en is geladen met keukengerei. De keuken heeft een 4-delige broodrooster, mixer, magnetron, koffiezetapparaten, een volledig gevulde voorraadkast, slakommen, wijnglazen, kaasrasp, waterkoker, Vitamix en nog veel meer.

Slaapkamer en badkamers

Alle slaapkamers zijn voorzien van Nest Bedding Alexander Signature-bedden, 3 kingsize en 4 queensize bedden. We gebruiken beddengoed van topkwaliteit .. Elke slaapkamer heeft een 4K smart tv met alle kanalen .. Handdoeken van topkwaliteit zijn aanwezig in elke badkamer. Onze badkamers zijn voorzien van toiletpapier, shampoo, conditioner, body wash en handenzeep.

Professionele sportschool: deze sportschool beschikt over de populaire Peloton-fiets, loopband, losse gewichten, bank, lat naar beneden, beenpers, beenkrul en diverse fitnessapparatuur.

Zwembad en bubbelbad: we bieden voldoende zwembadspeelgoed, floaties en zwemvesten voor het hele gezin. Het zwembad is zout water. Zwembadverwarming is beschikbaar tegen een toeslag. Neem contact met ons op als u verwarmd zwembad wilt voor uw verblijf.

Het huis ligt in een zeer rustige buurt. We zullen alleen boeken voor diegenen die de buurt en buren respecteren.

Perfect family home

My family and I stayed here for Spring Break. It had a full gym and sauna as well as a swimming pool and hot tub. We were able to get our workout in before exploring Sedona and going to the Grand Canyon. It was also within close proximity of hiking trails.

Stayed for a girls weekend and the property had everything we needed to accommodate our group! Some overall wear and tear items (pool waterfall and outdoor fireplace did not work) as expected but overall great property and would recommend for larger groups.

Great property

This is a beautiful property with great views. We had 12 girls stay here celebrating a birthday. I only gave a four for the check-in process because there were some information I was wanting prior to us getting to Sedona and I did not receive that information. Once we were there, the host was extremely responsive to text message. They offer a heated pool but in the winter.(we went in November) it’s still a little bit too chilly to be comfortable. The hot tub is gray and sees about six people comfortably. We saw wildlife, including birds, Javelina and some bats who were coming to the pool for a drink of water.. there was also a concerning scratching noise going on at night, but we figured it was a bobcat or some other sort of wild animal. Overall, this property is clean comfortable and spacious. I would recommend. it is in close proximity to several restaurants, shopping and hiking.

Nice and pleasant

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Location was nice and quiet and close to a lot of Sedona activities. Our only real complaint was the house's need for some basic maintenance. Faucet handles were loose, cupboard doors were about to fall off, doorknobs also about to come off, etc. A little handyman TLC would make this place 5 stars.

We loved your home and what it had to offer. Our boys loved the basement! And pool! But the maintenance is lacking. Weeds growing in backyard, we attempted to remove pool toys but they were infested with spiders. The floating tubes were split and one was full of spiders. Front of hot tub coming off, trellises covering underside of patio near pool coming off. No handrails on stairs and pool is very dangerous for older people and children. Rug on outdoor patio near kitchen ragged. Table in dining room has nails poking out on corners and my son cut his hand on one. Many of these could be easily fixed. I, Mom, am very aware of surroundings and the safety of my family.

Great location and view from the backyard.

Pretty good the main disappointment was the pool didn’t look very clean, they said it was windy, but I just didn’t look like a nice clean pool. They had somebody come clean it up, but we ended up never using it. On the other hand, the gym was great. Excellent equipment and, better than expected Paths were walkable in the neighborhood and two different trailheads, and the back deck was great dinners and the kitchen was well appointed Beds were comfortable Kitchen cabinets didn’t look very good some weird top of cabinet issues. Overall, we had a great stay

Perfect house for us

The house is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood. The layout was perfect for us and the pictures are spot on!! We had a fabulous family week for a special birthday. Unfortunately, the pool heater was not working for our week. The hosts were very responsive and refunded our heated pool payment immediately. Do not hesitate to book. The house and the red rocks is all you need for a wonderful Sedona vacation

Spacious and accommodating!

This home is little older, but in a nice neighborhood and in a great location. Walk to Safeway, Starbucks, etc. The heated pool and hot tub were a hit with the grandkids. The huge home gym was a hit with the adults! Extremely comfortable beds. Stocked well. Massive tv’s in every room. Clean, but well used. Responsive owner. Thank you!

Amazing stay in Sedona

We had the best time in Sedona. The property is amazing with stunning views and everything you need for your stay. The master bedroom and bathroom are beautiful and you just can’t beat the views. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, and the gym was definitely unexpected. The property is in a beautiful area, and everything was super smooth from check in to check out. I would definitely recommend.

The pictures in the listing are real. Property was great and views amazing. Very close to everything we needed. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Night sky was clearest I have ever seen. The Peace park is 2-3 minute drive - don't miss it. I did really morning and it was amazing.

Bad experience

Arrived to a home that had not been cleaned with dirty linens and towels on the floor. The pool was not heated as requested (and paid for). On the first night two large leaks of water developed in the ceiling drenching our clothes and forcing us to leave the property. The owner did issue a full refund.

Our stay helped us have a great family vacation in Sedona. Kitchen was well stocked, grocery store was close. Views were amazing! We spent a lot of time enjoying the hot tub. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Christmas with family

We needed somewhere for the family to stay since we no longer all fit at my parents home. It was perfect - everyone had a bed and a lot of space. It is close (walkable) to Thunder Mountain trail so we hiked everywhere, even to my parents house. The fitness room is amazing (we all used it) and hanging out in the hot tub under the stars was a great way to end the day.

Perfect for our family reunion

The location is ideal! Walking distance to the Temple and easy access to lots of trails. The house is spacious and equipped with lots of fun activities for the kids, heated pool, jacuzzi, state of the art gym with an arcade, perfect for all the boys in our group. The beds are extremely comfortable and the view from the living room is stunning. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast for our large group. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. We saw a family of javelinas when we were walking around. The grocery store, restaurants and Starbucks are only a few blocks away. This house is perfect for a large group whether you’re looking to relax or to explore.
