'Vriendelijk en warme ontvangst door de Gastvrouw Klara en nam alle tijd voor uitleg over de accommodatie en omgeving. Met alle vragen kon je bij haar terecht. Een complete lijst met activiteiten in de buurt was aanwezig en zelfs informatie over de nooddiensten. Mocht je het nodig hebben. Quieter than the city and provides a great way to unwind and relax and head into town when you need to. 'Overall had a fantastic stay. Location was second to none: on the lake, short drive from hikes, Interlaken, etc. Excellent communication with hosts. Only down side was the heat. 28C days with sun coming through the (lovely) patio windows turns the place into a sauna. The poor tiny air conditioner couldn't keep up and we couldn't close the patio blinds for 'safety reasons'. Loft far to hot to sleep so had to sleep on the couch. Would be a perfect stay if slightly cooler'

"Our favourite hostel we've stayed at in Switzerland. The room was a little small however, the use of space was great. A great shower, decorations, a good atmosphere, stress free self check in, comfortable bed and sweet staff really made our experience a 10/10. The train station is a short 12 minute walk aswell as some attrations and shops being located close by. The common room offers enough space to work and chill. Free coffee with different milk options. Would highly recommend and stay at again our next visit in the beautiful Bern."
