'Beautiful structure in typical local style. Very friendly staff and always ready to answer your questions with a smile. The food at the restaurant is good but not at the highest level you can experience in the area. We enjoyed the location a lot being very close to Pienza and Montelpulciano. Unfortunately the rooms are quite close to the main road and it can get noisy early in the morning. The view on Pienza is simply marvellous as well as the country road to Monticchiello.'

'Whilst the infrastructure and location were classic Tuscany, the hospitality (staff engagement & food) were underwhelming. It never felt welcoming & it was challenging to discern who were the owners, staff or guests. It was often unclear how their systems operated, ie how to purchase wine/drinks, when dinner or breakfast would be available & the service was extremely slow. We stayed for 3 nights & ate dinner there each night (meal ~€50 pp) as had been tempted by the photos of gorgeous food when...

'Die Anlage war sehr natürlich gehalten. Die Anfahrt ist etwas holprig. Es ist sehr ruhig da die Anlage sehr idyllisch liegt. Man hat einen tollen Blick beim Sonnenuntergang. Das Abendessen fanden wir mit 25€ etwas zu teuer. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und süß angerichtet. Die Zimmer waren sauber und nett eingerichtet. Der Bereich um den Pool bietet wenig Schatten.'
