'Very spacious villa with beautiful sigh over the valley. Basically the villa consists out of four apartments which is ideal for families or groups of friends who also like to be able have some "alone" time. Very friendly host, easy check in, large swimming pool, basically all was really good. Little side note might be that its a bit remote but ideal if you enjoy being outdoors and watch dear and wild pigs.'

'Only four of us for 8 days. The villa holds 12. We used one floor only, just made coffee every morning and then left for day trips. No cooking etc. kept temperature low, only used lights in a few rooms in the evening. When we checked out the surcharge for gas and electricity was €920! This was very disappointing.'

'We had a wonderful stay at Noce cottage - it was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for our family of four. The terrace was lovely with the most spectacular views. The pool was pristine. We visited nearby towns and sampled local wine plus visited Saturnia hot springs - a worthy day trip. Only 10 min to grocery store and hospital but a world away - like being back in time.
