The Space:
This beautiful property located on Lake Rosseau boasts beautiful exposed beams and modern interior design. Guests will love the chef's kitchen with full lake views plus marble countertops and an eating counter that will is perfect for breakfast or when entertaining. The large dining area is perfect for the whole family plus there is an even larger outdoor table for sunny days!. Sit back and relax in front of the fireplace in the spacious living room that offers stunning views of Lake Rosseau. During the day enjoy the sun all day on the South and West facing front deck or on one of the two docks and then retreat at night to the spacious master bedroom with beautiful ensuite and juliette balcony with phantom screens. For those who enjoy sports this cottage comes with its own basketball court! Who is up for a game? For those who prefer to relax, take in the a sand beach at the boathouse or lounge on the spacious dock where you can sit back and enjoy Muskoka and all it has to offer.  We hope to see you at the lake soon!

Speak with our cottage Concierge about additional fee for service add ons Catering, private chef services (proof of vaccination required), daily maid service, water taxis, yoga on the dock, boat rentals, trampoline and water lily rentals, grocery, wine and beer stocking and we can even arrange to have cocktails waiting upon your arrival. Whatever you need just ask! We want to make your time at the cottage as relaxing and fun filled as possible!

Rosseau is a quant village located 20 minutes north of Port Carling, the hub of the Muskoka Lakes with its trendy shops and restaurants plus numerous ice cream shops. This family cottage is the perfect spot for your summer vacation! With long lake views of Lake Rosseau and all-day sun this family cottage is the perfect spot for your summer vacation! With it’s full westerly views of Lake Rosseau you will enjoy all day sun plus glorious sunsets. Lots of room for kids to run and play and swim with a shallow sandy area at the shore and big open lawns. Cruise the big three lakes by boat, and explore the bays and inlets by kayak or paddle board. Enjoy walks, running, and cycling on the hilly cottage roads. Wind down at the end of the day with a campfire by the lake and build summer memories to last a lifetime!

Rosseau is a popular vacationing area, many people are attracted in the summer months to enjoy the scenery, arts and crafts shops as well as the historic buildings. There are summer farmers' markets as well as the annual Rosseau Fall Fair. The cottage is located a few minutes away from Diamond in the rough golf course. A drive around the lake will bring you to Port Carling, the hub of the Muskoka Lakes with it’s trendy shops and restaurants plus popular ice cream shops, this cottage is the perfect spot for your summer vacation! On Thursdays there is a farmer’s market in town. Tours of the Big Three Lakes depart Port Carling daily. Or simply kick back and relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the Canadian Shield!

Getting Around:
You will need a car to get here and may also want to rent a boat.

Other Things to Note:
Please note we will place a hold of $3000 onto your credit card at check in we will release the rest of the payment 7 days after check out. The boat in the boat house is not included with the rental.
