This incredible stunning villa is situated in a tropical area of 7000 square meters and offers privacy and peace at its most. The property consists of several ground levels: on the highest level the villa is built so you can enjoy a fabulous view over the sea and mountains. Moreover, the villa has a private beach, here you have direct access from the lush garden. This holiday villa is located near one of Bali's best known surfing beaches, Balian Beach. The villa has 2 bedrooms, is modern and comfortably furnished and can accommodate 5 adult guests (and 1 baby).

Built in the Javanese Joglo style, you will find a harmony of Javanese architecture and Balinese nature in a fully equipped villa. Our 250 square meter beachfront villa consists of an en-suite master bedroom with a king size bed, an en-suite guest bedroom with a large comfortable bunk bed, fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and a comfortable living room. Over here you can find a TV and a DVD player with DVDs to relax in the large sofa. All rooms are airconditioned.
In the dining room there is a large wooden table for 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven and refrigerator.
From the patio, sweeping steps lead to a path of stepping stones across the wooden walkway to the "Platar House", a combined open-air bar, kitchen, dining room and lounge. This is an ideal space enjoying the sea views with a nice glass of bubbles while you have your dinner cooked in the outdoor kitchen or on the adjacent coal-fired barbecue. The staff enjoys preparing dinner for you with freshly caught fish from lobsters, supplied by the local fishermen who go out early in the morning to catch them. The villa is surrounded with a huge tropical garden where you can freshly pick (and taste!) local fruits and vegetables as bananas, hot peppers, mangoes, papayas, tomatoes and many others. On the lowest ground level you will find a 40 sqm kidney shaped infinity pool with 4 luxury sun loungers.
Bedrooms:
The main building consists of 2 airconditioned bedrooms: a Master bedroom, the Bapake Room (30 sqm) and a bedroom with a large comfortable bunk bed, the Bochahe Room (20 sqm). The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite outdoor bathroom. It is built with natural stone with a wonderful rain and also a hand shower and double sink make this bathroom a blessing. Imagine showering in the open air, while the temperature is tropical and the scents and colours of Bali come to you. On request an extra bed can be placed in this room. The master bedroom has direct access to a beautiful balcony where you can enjoy the sunrise with a nice cool sea breeze.
The second bedroom has air conditioning, also a private bathroom with rain and hand shower and a sink. In this bedroom 3 adults can sleep comfortably. There is a bunk bed where the lower bed of 160cm wide can sleep 2 adults and the upper bed is 120cm wide. This room offers enough space to comfortably sleep and relax.
Relaxing:
Experience a striking view by sitting in the Chandik Kolo Bale, overlooking the blue ocean. This rustic wooden pavilion sits at the tip of this property and offers spectacular sunset views. The Chandik Kolo Bale is the ideal place for yoga or meditation. The sound of the waves and the beautiful sea view will let you float away in a trance-like state and make you fully relaxed. The Chandik Kolo Bale can also be transformed into a romantic outdoor dining area where dinner can be served while enjoying the sunset with your loved ones.

Transfer:
The nearest airport is “Ngurah Rai” in Denpasar, a modern international airport. We can arrange a car and driver to pick you -and your guests- up from the airport free of charge. From the moment you arrive at the airport you are in good hands and supported by our villa staff. The transfer from the airport to the villa takes around 1 ½ hours time.
Staff:
You will have complete service from your own private staff. Daily housekeeping will clean all rooms and make up your beds, a cook who can prepare delicious breakfasts (for free) and dinners, a gardener who also cleans the pool and a freelance driver who can take you safely and relaxed on day trips to all the hotspots Bali has to offer. The staff can arrange everything: from nanny's, renting scooters, make dinner reservations in restaurants or a wonderful in-house SPA/Massage.
On clear days, the Alas Purwo National Park can be seen on the island of Java across the Bali Strait.

Explore:
From your own beach you can walk through to other beaches at low tide. Just a 15-minute walk away you'll find the famous Balian Beach, along with some local bars and eateries. In the area you can enjoy surfing, snorkeling, fishing and hiking.
Of course we can also arrange a rental car with driver for you where you can make great day trips. For example to the famous Tanah Lot or the beaches of Canggu, shopping in Seminyak or visit the rice fields of Tabanan.
Known for its pristine nature, Menjangan Island (or Pulau Menjangan) is part of the West Bali National Park. This pristine island is only accessible by a short 45-minute drive from the port of Labuhan Lalang near Pemuteran Beach. The calm waters and abundant underwater coral gardens allow you to dive and snorkel with excellent visibility all year round!
A license and park guide is required to visit Menjangan Island. Our staff can make arrangements and prepare your requirements for this full day trip. A full set of good snorkeling equipment is available for rental before you begin your snorkeling trip.
