'I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were dirty, and the bathrooms were in a terrible condition. The toilets barely flushed, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and showed little interest in assisting guests. The food was very poor. The menu was almost exactly the same every day, with very little variety and disappointing quality. In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating. It is more comparable to a 2-star...

'Dessert menu needs to be changed'

'Nice room, bathroom is a bit strange whereas you shower the drain is on the other side leaving the complete bathroom wet. Apart from this really nice room. Good beds, tea and coffee available to make yourself. And a swimming pool to enjoy. Mrt is a 15 min walk.'

'Great location, fantastic sports facilities & swimming pools, very friendly staff. Not too far out of the city’s centre'

'The bed is very hard'

'It’s just okay'

'Great staff!'

'Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is correct.

'HMlet's Novena Team is very accommdative. Guests are well respected and concerns raised are addressed. Thanks...the 14 days were well spent. Location is perfect!'

'Fine hotel, excellent location. Very friendly and service-oriented staff. Good clean room. Bus stop in front and MRT (Farrer Park) nearby. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choices. Special thanks to Kim and trainee Low Zheng Yong!'

'We liked almost everything. Only we prefer a nice lounge bar. The bar now is not so pleasent. Maybe a nice loungebar with more cocktails and soft lounge chairs and snacks for to order.'

Ligging in de Little India is goed.

'A little difficult to rate when self check in .however responses on the app were quick and helpful and requests for clean towels etc was always prompt. The housekeeping lady was very friendly and helpful and prompt much appreciated. The room was quirky the stairs were a but steep to navigate and in the centre of the room after a couple of days stopped bumping head on the stair frame. Disappointing a room for 2 persons only had one chair so eating was uncomfortable a neat desk table but only one...

'I like everything about this hostel They have good toilet facilities'
