Woning was lekker ruim, leuke locatie en goede voorzieningen in het hoofdgebouw. Slaapkamers wel gehorig, maar er lagen daarom wel oordopjes in de slaapkamers.

Great place near Selfoss. Impressive view from the very spacious room. It was well equiped and had good beds. Although it was cloudy, this might also be a great spot to see the northern lights from. No coffee and tea facilities in the room, but there are facilities in the main building. Staff was friendly and helpful. We asked for a thermos to take some tea to our room and were provided with one. Also, when we asked to stay a few hours longer, this was no problem at all.

Prima hotel in een afgelegen stukje buiten Selfoss
Fantastisch ontbijtbuffet!! Kamer was klein, maar prima schoon bij aankomst. Ze vergaten wel de kamer tussendoor schoon te maken en ook de deurklink van de badkamer is niet gerepareerd. De kamer bevindt zich in een omgebouwde schuur waardoor het allemaal nogal vochtig is, maar er zijn twee radiatoren die voldoende warmte geven.

Fijn guesthouse met goed ontbijt
Deluxe kamer in ‘the yellow house’ met eigen badkamer geboekt. Mooie en fijne kamer, heerlijk bed. In het andere gebouw is een gezamenlijke ruimte en grote ontbijtzaal. Het ontbijt was top, veel keuze, alles vers! Er is gratis koffie/thee/limonade beschikbaar. Locatie is middle of nowhere, maar dat vonden wij juist fijn.

Very nice place to stay
It's location is pefect to explore the whole sout-west of Iceland by car. The view form the guesthouse is beautifull. The service was excellent, the owners are a friendly couple wich gave us awesome tips about where to go in Iceland. The guesthouse itself looked brand new, with good rooms and a great shower. The restaurant had a nice atmosfeer and great menu. We would of liked to stayed longer but we had some more of Iceland to explore. We had a great stay and recommend it to everybody.

Bonito lugar, hubiera estado perfecto para ver auroras, pero no tuvimos suerte. La cabaña es un poco pequeña si llevas maletas y sólo hay 1 contacto eléctrico. El servicio muy bien, atentos y amables en todo momento.

Although the cabins were tiny it served its purpose for viewing the northern lights and the staff were exceptionally friendly. It is pretty far from any other sites retauraunts etc..

Lo staff cortese e gentile , molto buona la colazione a buffet e , un altro valore aggiunto , a sala vicino alla reception dove si poteva giocare a biliardo , calcetto , guardare la tv e stare in compagnia . Se devo trovare due difetti una struttura internazionale deve accettare American Express come carta di credito e il cortile e le scale per accedere alle camere erano veramente ghiacciati e scivolosi sarebbe bastato un po’ di sale perché era pericoloso . Comunque un soggiorno molto buono ! E

Clean, quiet, warm, tea/coffee/juice/water available till 23:00, friendly and helpful staff, good value for money. There's a table/chair in the room. With two single beds located in two different corners of the room, only one had access to a socket (no use of the little lamp near the bed, no chance to charge your phone near the bed). The reception and common area with tea and coffee are in a different building than the rooms. So I would really appreciate a kettle and mugs in a room or at least in the buildings where the rooms are. This would make sense when you arrive after 23:00 or when the weather's terrible.

The double room booked was very small and misleading from the pictures, it felt like a small cabin. The room booking stated a queen sized bed, however I got two small beds pushed together. The bathroom facilities were not great. I would not stay here again

We tried our best when we converted this farmhouse into a guest house to use the existing rooms, that's why not all our rooms are the same. All our rooms have 2 beds where you can choose in the rooms whether you want 2 single beds or have one double bed. We are working on renovating all the bathrooms but unfortunately we can only do one bathroom at a time. We sincerely apologize that you did not like your stay. Friendly staff. This place offers nice, clean rooms, and a decent chill space should you wish to hangout with your friends. Parking is great here! Tons of space to park! Breakfast was solid too. They offered waffles!

I booked 7 hotels around Iceland and this was the only one comparable to a Fosshotel. Service is fantastic!.. friendly staff, property is cute, the even give you an eye mask and slippers! Definitely this was the best value for money.

Room was small but nice. The main building had a really cool lounge/rec area with a pool table, foosball table, games, tv, couches, etc. it was a cool vibe. The restaurant was also very good.

Très propre, endroit tranquille, café et thé gratuit. Salle de bain spacieuse. 3 petits points négatifs, le déjeuner ouvre un peu trop tard, difficile de check out tôt et endroit peut être bruyant selon les clients qui sont là.

Stayed here to save some money in Selfoss area. Booked room with private bath and it was comfortable but the farm is about 20 mins out of the city. Rooms are not ventilated unless you open windows- but you are on a horse farm. If ever there was a reason for a European hotel to have screens on their windows - this is it. Flies are common. Staff were excellent - the young lady checking us in ensured that were clear on where our room as and escorted us to our room. Breakfast buffet was serviceable but nothing special. Again, the staff were the highpoint of the breakfast.

Mitten auf dem Land gelegen, mit Blick auf den mit Schnee bedeckten Berg. Wir hatten das 90 qm Appartement gemietet, welches mit allem notwendigem ausgestattet war, jedoch hier und da auch abgewohnt ist. Man kann im großen Speisesaal frühstücken und Abendessen. Dort gab es auch die Möglichkeit Billard, Dart etc. zu spielen. Zudem waren dort auch ein paar Getränke wie Tee, Kakao kostenlos verfügbar. Es gibt auf dem Hof einen Spielplatz und Parkplätze stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

Naturrigt hotelophold
Dejligt hotelophold midt i det smukke landskab og omringet af dyr. Bestemt anbefalingsværdigt! Vores værelse på 1. sal var dog meget varmt, og vinduet for småt til at køle rummet ned. Men med en god kølende tur i naturen tidligt om morgenen, gik det hele!
