'The lobby and bar are verry luxurious but all the other parts of the hotel are a bit out dated.
Also they want your credit card information writen down even when you have booked with expedia, maybe should have been mentiond somewhere.'

'The property was very welcoming and had a unique vibe. We really liked the sitting areas in the front and near the bar. It was great to have key card activated lockers as well. We didn't actually realize how many sauna and relaxation areas were available to us until the last day as the instructions were a little vague. But I enjoyed our visit and would stay again. 'We had a wonderful stay here during our time in Val Gardena. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
The rooms were very nice, comfortable, and clean. The double rooms with a sharef bathroom was perfect for saving some money, but still having our own space.
Breakfast was really good on the days we could have it (it starts at 7am which is kind of late for us so sometimes we had already left for the day). They also have cake and snacks every afternoon/evening.
