'Tolle Lage, netter Vermierter'

'The manager of the property was very nice and helpful, but the owner very strange. The apartment is equipped in a vety basic way which you would not expect in case of property in this price range. Basicaly nothing else than bed, bathroom and kitchen. But things like eletrick cattle, microvave or more than super basic 6 glasses are apparently beyond what the owner considers standard. When we asked about the electric cattle, the owner passed the message that we should heat the watter for the tea...

'I usually don't write reviews but this place is a TOTAL VACATION NIGHTMARE. 1. The contact person DID NOT KNOCK THE DOOR and ENTERED our apt. After we said NO, he still was trying to enter. 2. Due to language barrier, the checkin process was extremely frustrating. 3. the sound insolation is almost none-existent, especially after we communicated to the contact person yet the building entrance door especially shakes our bedroom every time when someone's using it. 'In dem top und modern komplett ausgestatteten Appartment haben wir mit der ganzen Familie eine schöne Urlaubszeit verbringen können. Es fehlte an nichts, ein ganz besonderes DANKESCHÖN sagen wir deshalb auch gerne MUSE.holiday und den Eigentümern/Vermieter dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Von Anfang bis Ende eine sehr angenehme Abwicklung und Betreuung! Gerne wieder!!!'

'Location was great'

'This was an absolutely GORGEOUS location. The accommodations were spacious and clean. We were greeted upon arrival and provided helpful information related to our plans as well as free shuttle bus (with a stop right outside the apartment) passes for our stay. Communication was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this wonderful place to stay in the beautiful Dolomites!'
