'The host Margot’s is a very friendly guy. He was also very helpful in assisting me to find transportation to the apartment. The apartment has the feeling of home. It was wonderful to wake up to the singing of birds in the morning even though I am in the heart of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable which made me sleep very well during my entire stay. Shopping, dining and historical monuments are all within walking distance. The entire city is accessible through an efficient public transit...

'All great, except the bed was so wide we had to clamber on from the end, no room to enter from the side. Good location, close to the Old Town, though still reasonably quiet. Rooms clean, staff very helpful.'

'The overall impression was positive. We did not have any concerns about the apartment or amenities, or service. Especially the location was perfect! If I ever go to Riga again, I would love to stay in the same area. The only problem was the absence of the elevator, while trying to climb up (with or without a luggage) on the 6th floor. For older people it would have been simply impossible.'

'Wij hebben twee nachtjes geslapen in dit hotel en we hebben daar een super goede ervaring mee gehad! Bij aankomst was het personeel al erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam (we mochten pas om 15:00 inchecken, maar we konden onze spullen achterlaten en ze hebben een taxi voor ons besteld). De kamer die wij hadden was erg schoon en prima te doen voor twee personen. Wij raden dit hotel zeker aan!'

'Offered refund not via Expedia account but asked to provide my card details which is illegal. Refund was for broken shower which prevented to have it. No dishwashing liquid despite sponge and cooking facilities provided. Dirty mug, which obviously was there for a while. No hairdryer. This was my mistake to book here! Do not recommend'
