'Offered refund not via Expedia account but asked to provide my card details which is illegal. Refund was for broken shower which prevented to have it. No dishwashing liquid despite sponge and cooking facilities provided. Dirty mug, which obviously was there for a while. No hairdryer. This was my mistake to book here! Do not recommend'

'Apartment is a compact 1 bedroom in a good location close to transit, parks, and shops. It faces the courtyard and doesn't get direct sun for most ofthe day, and the bedroom has no windows. Several lightbulbs were burnt out so at night it was very dim. Check-in was partially explained - I got the key from a lockbox but hauled all my stuff up five flights of stairs before calling the host to learn that I needed to go down a side hallway, which had an elevator that wasn't mentioned in the listing...

'The host Margot’s is a very friendly guy. He was also very helpful in assisting me to find transportation to the apartment. The apartment has the feeling of home. It was wonderful to wake up to the singing of birds in the morning even though I am in the heart of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable which made me sleep very well during my entire stay. Shopping, dining and historical monuments are all within walking distance. The entire city is accessible through an efficient public transit...

'Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett und die Kissen waren bequem, und die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Besonders schätzte ich die Möglichkeit, das Auto im Innenhof zu parken. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es ruhig und angenehm. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre eine gründlichere Reinigung in manchen Bereichen. Insgesamt war ich jedoch sehr zufrieden. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber und gebügelt, die Wohnung war warm, und das Internet hat stabil funktioniert – ideal, da ich...
