To ensure these high health and hygiene standards are met, our maintenance team automatically performs essential pool and garden care at least once every two days. Please note that this upkeep schedule is a mandatory safety requirement for the property and will be carried out seamlessly throughout your stay. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

The whole villa is yours to enjoy. You will have full access to all the available facilities and services, with absolute and complete privacy. Feel free to make use of the pool, the garden, and the entirety of the house as you please.



You can access the villa from a quiet street. The villa features a private parking space, suitable for 2 medium-sized cars or several motorbikes Each bedroom comes with its own key set that includes the entrance gate.

- Scooter/Car: We can assist in arranging scooter rentals or a private driver for day trips to Uluwatu or Ubud.

- Airport: We are approximately 25–40 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), depending on traffic.



Other Things to Note:

- Events: Due to the residential nature of the neighborhood, large parties or loud music after 10:00 PM are strictly prohibited unless pre-approved.



- Wellness Safety: Please use the sauna and ice bath responsibly.



- Services: We can arrange private chefs, floating breakfasts, or airport transfers for an additional fee.

Our villas are stand-alone properties so rest assured you will have complete privacy, the entire villa is yours to enjoy.
