The living room gives guests a home away from home feeling, with a sitting and dining area designed to bring people together and enjoy each other's company. The ornately crafted furniture and partitions bring an old school glamour to the environment. There are many houseplants in the living room, adding freshness and fragrance to the air. The lamps hanging from the roof radiate a golden glow, creating a very cozy atmosphere at any time of day. The large glass windows overlooking the garden give a soothing view of the greenery outside when guests are in the living room.

The garden consists of a large well-maintained lawn surrounding the 16-meter-long swimming pool. This is perhaps one of the largest pools in a private villa in all of Seminyak. The huge pool is surrounded by a wooden deck with sun beds shaded by palm trees, where guests can relax in the morning with their feet sinking into the dewdrops on the grass, and in the afternoon in the shade of umbrellas while enjoying the fresh breeze. The entire perimeter of the villa is filled with lush foliage of tropical trees. The manicured green lawn at one end of the garden is perfect for hosting garden cocktail parties or barbecue parties.

The residential pavilion is dominated by crisp white walls and a soaring traditional roof. The furnishings are minimalist and elegant. The beautiful teak dining table is lit by a majestic chandelier, and on the other side there is a comfortable sitting area next to a pond with a giant fountain with a Buddha head. To the side is a fully equipped open kitchen. The living space extends to an airy veranda where you can sit to enjoy the garden view or watch the kids jump in and out of the crystal clear water of the pool. On the second floor of this majestic Javanese home is a state-of-the-art media room, where young and old can enjoy themselves on cozy evenings at the villa.

Bedrooms:
The villa has 6 luxurious bedrooms: four double bedrooms, which can also be arranged as twin beds, are located on the ground and second floors of the main house. Two bedrooms are in a separate pavilion with connecting doors, making it perfect for families. One of the bedrooms in the guest house has a king-size bed on the first floor and two single beds on the mezzanine for children. All six air-conditioned bedrooms are furnished with comfortable high-quality king-size beds, a TV, elegant closets and private en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs.
The bedrooms also have a private outdoor lounge with comfortable chairs where guests can enjoy views of the garden and pool. The bathroom design adds a touch of modernity to the surroundings, with a large ceramic clutch bathtub and fresh houseplants.

Media room:
The beautiful villa has no shortage of entertainment with a modern media room on the second floor. Equipped with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a flat-screen TV, it is the perfect space for a movie night.

For the adventurous soul in you, there is always Seminyak beach where you can surf the amazing tropical ocean waves. To learn more about Balinese culture, a visit to Pura Petitenget, the popular sea temple in Seminyak, is always worthwhile. If you want to buy souvenirs to take home, there is Jalan Laksmana where you may have to haggle a bit, but an amazing array of local goods you can buy.

The villa is located within walking distance to the beach as well as the famous Oberoi Road aka 'eat street'. When walking out the villa's peaceful lane, you will be standing on Jalan Drupadi, a road with café’s, spa's and restaurants leading to 'eat street' on one end and to Double Six Beach on the other. Guests can watch Bali's breathtaking sunset everyday at one of the charming beach bars such as La Plancha or the iconic beach club KU DE TA.

Gado Gado Beach is about a 10-minute walk away and is the perfect place to enjoy Bali's famous sunsets with a cold drink in hand. The luxury villa is the perfect choice for large groups with all of Seminyak's attractions at your doorstep. The drive to Bali International Airport takes about 25 minutes.
