"I have stayed there for 3 nights. The location is great, the staff was helpful. Did not have the breakfast, but during my stay there was a special discount for the breakfast price they said. Also they provided a discount voucher for one of the cosmetics store in Myeongdong shopping street. Room was just a normal size for the price, not a big or great room. The bed was clean. However the bathroom seems need a renovation and cleaning. The bathroom walls coverage (i dont know the material) especially on the corners of the wall were ripped off (most probably due to the humidity in the bathroom). And one last note, you need to bring your own toothpaste and brush, i guess its a general regulation in Korea that disposable products are not provided in the room anymore due to environmental protection regulations."

"We had a pleasant stay at Lotte Hotel World and overall enjoyed our time there. The rooms were comfortable and the location was convenient, especially for visiting the surrounding attractions. However, the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt somewhat distant and less welcoming than expected. This was partly due to the style and design of the lobby, which did not provide the warm and luxurious arrival experience one would normally expect from a five-star hotel. Upon entering, it felt more like an office building than a luxury hotel. It was also disappointing that certain amenities in the room required additional payment, which took away from the overall five-star experience. Despite this, we still had an enjoyable stay."
