'The staff was so kind and helped in whatever way I needed. The front desk staff spoke english which was tremendously helpful. But, one staff member stood out above everyone else. 'アクセス：地下鉄新沙駅から上り坂で10分ほど歩くので天気次第では要注意。※空港からのシャトルバスの降り場も新沙駅駅。駅に向かうときは下りなので楽。市内のバス停はほぼ目の前にあり、バスが使えるなら非常に便利。
室内：ベッド脇のスペースが予想以上に使い勝手がよかった。洗面台がバスルームではなく室内にあるが全く問題ない。景色は遠くに南山タワーが見えてテンション上がる。
アメニティ：スリッパは使い捨てではないので気になる人は持参したほうがいい。ボディソープ、シャントリは備え付けあり。歯ブラシ類はなし。
周辺：裏通りにコンビニなど色々あるので困らない。
フロントスタッフ：いい意味でテキパキと流れ作業です。スーツケースは預かってくれます。'

'Excellent location next to Ikea, 2 huge shopping malls with many choices of food.
All good, except the gym which was way too simple with a cardio machines only. Small weights. Plenty of free bottled water, which was appreciated.
On one hand, there's a room to play table tennis which was fun.
Staffs are excellent.
Room was good, but needed a deep cleaning for the floor. Looked very tidy, but was dirty when I needed to wipe out water drops. They do provide free slippers.

'Overall, a good stay. While the hotel is a bit far from the city, I was satisfied with most aspects of my experience. I did book during a “new opening” promotion, so I was expecting a newer property. This part was a little underwhelming as the hotel isn’t actually new.
That said, the customer service truly stood out. A special thank you to the lady who assisted me during check-in & check-out, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made a great first impression.'
